The only problem I've had is with the small carbon pellets escaping out of the top of it, but it usually only happens if I pour some of the filtered water out while there is still unfiltered water in the top section.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Brita since 5 years, any one can blindly really on this for Bleach and clorin free water, tap water in my area is Bleach smelling, upon filtering water does not smell Bleached and tastes great.

This is helpful to know when you need a new filter as life gets crazy and those things can be forgotten.

It makes our water taste SO good! I don't even like other water now. I'm spoiled due to Brita. I love the little plastic thing that tells me when it's time to change it out, too! I get so many great tasting bottles of water out of this and it's little to no waste. This is really easy to set up and maintain which makes it very convenient to use and maintain.

Takes a little while to filter, but that's with any filter like this. We usually use it a little longer than recommended and never get the taste. We don't have very hard water though, so that's definitely a factor.
