I have tried different flavors of Liquid IV trying to find the ones I like the most and this is my favorite. The flavor is spot on, it is not over powering and perfect to sip on during the day even with meals. It also has zero sugar which I love. It is not too sweet , the flavor is incredibly similar to white peach juice with so many more benefits.

I decided to buy these after someone recommended that I try some electrolytes as I am often working outside and sweating. I like most things that are peach flavored, so I opted for this flavor. I liked that it was a sugar free option and it doesn’t have crazy dyes, but baby when I tell you I was fighting for my life to get to the bathroom for about 12 hours. I don’t like things really sweet, so I used the pack with 96 ounces of water. I had been working outside, so I was sweaty, hot and thirsty. I began drinking and maybe an hour or two later I noticed some rumbling in my stomach, but I didn’t think it was too serious. It wasn’t until I was about to leave the house and I felt like I had really bad gas. Baby when I tell you I made the fastest beeline for the bathroom. My day was canceled, because there was no way I was chancing going too far away from the toilet. Violent bouts of gas and being terrified to expel that gas, so I had to throne myself on the porcelain seat when I felt my stomach rumble. It’s a mess, because I liked the flavor once I diluted it enough. My stomach and bum can’t take the aftermath.

Favorite of the sf flavors it mixes well in a single bottle of water with just a sip out to make room for LiqIV. Then, drink it just like that when I need to or in my jug over ice and topped with water makes about a gallon in that and the taste is just as good as in the small bottle.

I like everything about this. It's better than Gatorade. Gatorade is nothing but salt %26 sugar. IV doesn't have sugar in it, plus it has more supplements. The downside is the price. There's 6 pouches in a box %26 it's 1 pouch for 16 oz. So if you're going to make a gallon or more, it's expensive.

I think it's probably a good value, but I just did not like the taste. I bought the peach flavor and I could taste that it was a overwriting salty taste. I couldn't take. I may try another flavor in the future if you like very salty, this would be for you thank you.

This product is horrible. It's not gritty but has a chemical taste and makes me sick to my stomach.
