flavor is great but it has some additives that are proved by the FDA but are not recommended other places

Love these but wish they didn’t mix them. I like the ones with no sugar since I’m diabetic. Don’t drink sodas.

Absolutely love this stuff! I started getting leg cramps really bad and this put them in check. I drink one every day and they taste great.

really enjoyed the white peach packets, however I feel like the strawberry watermelon needed more flavor.

It doesn’t dissolve easily. There are always granules left in the bottom of the cup. The flavor is good.

These are tasty. They are not too sweet more of a salty taste. Quenches your thirst without the belly ache.

Was pleasantly surprised with the flavor with me only being able to drink sugar free grape power ade now I can have some variety in my life

These are really good to keep in your athlete’s backpack. These are not my favorite Liquid IV flavors, but they’re good.
