When I need a pick me up this is what I go for, being a mom or 4 I forget to stay hydrated sometimes and this helps me a lot. I love it! The packaging is adorable and the price for it is not too bad! Like many electrolyte drinks sometimes they can be too salty, and although you can taste some of the salt in this one, It's actually quite tasty. Not to mention there are no artificial sweeteners and it gives you great hydration with 8 vitamins and nutrients.
