Love being able to pop a few in my purses and head out knowing that wherever life takes me I am prepared with the electrolytes my body needs to function on all cylinders.

My body does not produce sodium like it should. I supplement with this product and it’s a life saver. I love the white peach!!! Would recommend highly to anyone.

This is my absolute favorite flavor! Not only is it hydrating and refreshing but the flavor is the perfect balance of watermelon and strawberry. I've tried all the sugar free liquid IV flavors and this is by far the best!

I’ve tried a lot of the flavors. I don’t care much about sugar/no sugar so that doesn’t matter. In terms of drink ability and flavor, this is one of the best.

The watermelon flavor has enough flavor throughout it. I love that it doesn’t leave an aftertaste. The balance of it makes me want me. I’m not of fan of too much watermelon flavor but it’s perfect.

Love this mix, flavor is great! Been loving g their sugar free flavors. Easy to take packets along with you during the day, keeps me hydrated even if i had one already i still take another to keep me hydrated. No more than 2 a day for me.
