It’s really hard to find electrolyte powders that aren’t full of artificial flavors and sugars. This one is OK, I only like the strawberry flavor, the peach is quite strong and I don’t like it at all. Tastes really fake. If Liquid IV made an unflavored electrolyte I would certainly buy it. I eat ketogenic and carnivore, so sweeteners are really to be avoided.

My husband, who is now under hospice care, needed more electrolytes. He does not like to drink water, or take medication in the form of pills. The White Peach flavored Liquid IV powder, added to his water is exactly what he was needing, and seems to be helping him physically. . Thank you. Heather Burgess

I am 80 with a low pulse. After a few months of feeling sluggish, I asked my cardiologist if he had any thoughts as to what I might do to improve. He suggested that I start taking Liquid IV. After about 5 days of taking Liquid IV each morning, both my wife and I noticed a definite improvement in how I felt, which improved condition continues. Although skeptical at the beginning, I am now a believer.

Please bring back the white peach only box. We’ve been buying this for months. But now the mixed box has half peach %26 half strawberry flavor… which tastes terrible. We had to stop buying this item because we were throwing away half the box because the strawberry flavor is so bad. Peach only box was 5 stars.

Liquid IV was recommended to me for hydration. My original purchase had a variety of flavors. I prefer White Peach because it goes well with the flavors of what I mix it with. I can put it in plain water and I like the taste and the fragrance of White Peach.

I only use 1/2 the packet at a time which is the perfect consistency that I like. Not too sweet. LOVE this flavor!
