Great! A go to during and post workouts. Flavor and electrolytes are great. It works. Add to water and go. Part of a regular monthly delivery. Since incorporating liquid IV muscle cramps are gone. Result I love.

Doesn’t take very artificial. Almost like actual white peach juice. I look forward to it every day. I usually split a pack in half. It makes a big difference for someone like me with POTS. Especially in the morning.

I have AFIB I take this as an electrolyte source not as an energy source. I can only speak to that, but the flavor is the best that I have tried. I also cleared it with my medical doctor for sugar content, which is from a natural source.

I use IV Hydration nearly every day, and I miss the benefits when I skip a day. As I age, hydration has become a focus, and this product seems to be beneficial to my overall energy level.

I liked this flavor alright, but it wasn’t my favorite (I’m a Rainbow Sherbet girl through and through). It’s a little too “fake” watermelon-y for me, but a few friends absolutely loved it! Different strokes!

Love the sugar free options and the fact that there are no dyes. My husband loves the watermelon and he can only have clear liquids at work it really helps him in the warehouse.
