The best way to quench that thirst

My daughter absolutely loves this hydration she drinks one every morning before starting her day.

These are so good and help after or during a long day at work . The price is great too .

I bought the White Peach thinking it would have a pleasant taste, but this stuff has the same aftertaste as the prep solution before a colonoscopy!!  It's horrible!! I could not finish the first packet and threw the rest in the trash!!

This tastes good in my peach sparkling water with  a little extra stevia added, otherwise it's too salty for me. I do like it and it's refreshing. When I'm under the weather I'm not sure it really helps me physically but it sure does mentally.
It's very expensive for my budget but I usually try to divide it in half and add it to my  water-  that way I stretch it out through the day. In this way I feel like l'm staying hydrated and I probably drink more with it than just plain water.
I buy this as needed and recommend it!
