The Peach flavor is horrible, tasted like bitter cough syrup.

When ever you feel your dragging mix this with water and it brings you up.

The taste is great!  Liquid IV works well to keep you hydrated!

Good peach Taste

Really like Liquid IV for electrolyte support.  The white peach is my favorite

I bought the White Peach thinking it would have a pleasant taste, but this stuff has the same aftertaste as the prep solution before a colonoscopy!!  It's horrible!! I could not finish the first packet and threw the rest in the trash!!

Horrible aftertaste!!

This tastes good in my peach sparkling water with  a little extra stevia added, otherwise it's too salty for me. I do like it and it's refreshing. When I'm under the weather I'm not sure it really helps me physically but it sure does mentally.
It's very expensive for my budget but I usually try to divide it in half and add it to my  water-  that way I stretch it out through the day. In this way I feel like l'm staying hydrated and I probably drink more with it than just plain water.
I buy this as needed and recommend it!
