I love that they have vac sealed these, I can just throw in the freezer without worrying about them getting freezer burn in 4 years! The old styrofoam packs, they don't seem to remain airtight for more than a year in the freezer, but these bad boys, oh yeah! I wish they wouldn't glue them in half, people grab them and go, hmm, does it come apart, then that rips a hole in the packaging where the glue is attached, and now the aforementioned Vac seal is garbage, then they just throw it back on the pile. You opened it technically, buy it!!

The new packaging is worse than the old packaging. There are three chicken thighs in each compartment, One may be a large one and the other two may be small ones. Whoever's starting to cut these are leaving bone fragments in them. With the old packaging you can see what you're getting, The new packaging you cannot. I do not like to give negative reviews and I usually don't but I'm compelled to do so on this one.

Go back to the Styrofoam packaging. I don't need any more added preservatives liquid in my meat. And maybe offer fresh cut meat from the butcher like the good old days for the price of being a club member. I will never buy chicken from Sam's again until the original packaging comes back or is improved. We are human beings, not livestock, in which you can put unhealthy products on your shelf for us to buy.

Does not looks fresh compared to earlier packaging has lot of fat too.
