Way too much gristle. Not what I was expecting

Very tender and the perfect size

I cook a lot of steak and never have I had such a tough and flavorless piece of meat

Tender and thick enough to BBQ

Had a very grainy chewy texture... Disappointed!

Meat is tough & full of gristle so are all the other members mark steaks! Never again!
