I was disappointed. The taste was gamey and gristle was significant on both steaks. I won’t purchase again.

The steaks were priced reasonably. They were easy to prepare and the taste was fantastic. The package didn't state this, but if I had to guess I would say the steaks were prime instead of choice or select.

These steaks were good, but they were a little chewy. I did cook them until well done, so maybe that attributed to them being on the chewy side. Usually any steaks I get at Sam's are always tender and tasty, but these fell a little on the not so tender side.

I have to admit that the beef almost too good in flavor and texture but after reviewing Thomas Farms website, I guess it's all legit. I usually am not too fond of sirloin but though I would try it since it did looked really good...and it really is good. We eat both the sirloin and filets, which are almost melt in your mouth if cooked right. I recommend both.

The meat is not that great lacks softness and marbling. It was a bad choice
