I must have: 1) Strange I must have received the ONLY steaks that were garbage - a lot of grizzle and fat, to I paid for waste! 2) The meat texture was like eating Pot Roast beef, not like a true NY Strip! 3) I once sold meats as a Food Broker, I know the certifications, to which there is NO indication this beef is Prime, Choice or Select... but that it was sourced out of Argentina!~
