the mob handle on my old swiffer broke after many years so I bought the multi surface swiffer mob. that was 8 weeks ago. On the 3rd bottle replacement the bottle would not lock in. I replaced the batteries but it still would not lock in. That bottle was for the kitchen floor . When I tried the bottle for the wood floor it clicked in place. So it was the multi surface bottle that did not work.I have been stuffing a rag on the top of the bottle to push it down into place .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop is one of the best mops I've ever used! It's incredibly lightweight and its so easy to maneuver. Assembly was nice and quick, and the mop even came with batteries included! (What a nice surprise!) Overall, this mop has made cleaning my floors so easy, totally recommend!

Tried this product and somewhat liked it. First of all, I'm 80 years old and have back problems. This product was a bit heavy (due to the bottle of cleaner) and hard to move around the floor. It did do a great job on my kitchen and bathroom floors. I like it's swivel ability which made baseboard cleaning easy. Is there a way to shorten the stick that I hold? It's too long for this short person. I do like it and will keep it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit has truly exceeded my expectations. Using this PowerMop is so user friendly and my floors have never smelled so good and looked so clean. I have highly recommend this The Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Starter Kit!

Not what I expected. On TV it looks like a good mop Well to my surprise it is just a bunch of paper like fingers that mat once wet. I have the old swiffer & it has a rough strip on it that I think does a better job This new mop needs improvement Also not everyone likes scented soap. I prefer unscented if possible I will use my old one then may go over with paper mop 😀

I wanted to upgrade my current Swiffer Wet Jet and saw this Power Mop in the grocery store. The first one I brought home, the spray bottle would not click into place. I returned it for another one. The same thing, the bottle does not click into place. My husband had to wedge a small piece of cardboard to keep it attached.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted to try the Swiffer PowerMop. I have a steam mop, but I love this mop. It does such an amazing job! It is easy to use and convenient. The cleaning solution leaves a fresh smell after cleaning up after my 4 dogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this! It's light and easy to use. Came with one cleaning solution, two AA batteries and two pads. I had a swifter mop a long time ago but honestly wasn't impressed. They have come a long way. Super wide head for great floor coverage. The pads pick everything up with little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Power mop is really easy to use. It wasn't hard to put together…pretty straightforward. I like that it's battery operated so I don't have to worry about charging something else. It only takes 2 AA. The pads are nice and big. I actually used this in a large tiled shower (walls, floor, and ceiling) and it worked great!
