i bought this mop and used maybe four times now my mop wont even work. When I push the purple button it does not make any noise or release the cleaner. I even changed the batteries to see if that would help and it did not. I really liked this mop when it worked for the few days it did.

This swiffer does have larger pads. The issues I have is the cleaning solution keeps popping up everything few minutes, I have to stop and click it back down. Also if I walk on my floors with white socks after mopping the bottoms are very dirty…..so how clean are they really getting? It is much more convenient then traditional mopping. I have purchased extra pads and spray so I will decide on keeping after I use them up.

Love this product! I wouldgive it 5 stars but the quality is lacking. Because I like it so much I duct taped all the pieces together from the handle down and I have to tape the solution bottle into place too because it keeps falling out. But otherwise it's great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the starter kit and love my new swiffer mop. Had one a long time ago and it didn't work as well. This version is perfect. I didn't like that the old mop was wasteful and bad for the environment, but this one has reusable, durable mop pads and do a fantastic job cleaning my hard wood floors. It's small and compact, so I keep in upstairs for ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this swifter! I feel like it cleans more than a regular swifter, and I love that I don't have to get out a bucket and water and everything. It is super easy to attach the cleaner bottle and mop pad to the mop, and super easy to take the pad off when you're done as well!

I was able to use the Power Mop twice, but now the solution won't spray out of the nozzles. I've double checked that there is solution in the bottle, I've replaced the batteries, and I used a safety pin needle to make sure the nozzles weren't clogged. Very disappointed!

It seems to clean the floor really good and I really like the smell of the cleaner makes my house smell great. I will definitely be recommending to everyone to go out and get for themselves to try
