[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the swiffer wetjet for many years, but this new upgrade has been wonderful. It's nice to know that Swiffer was working on this upgrade in the background then released it as a kit. The pads help clean the dirt once the solution has set. The mop itself is a nice design and easy to maneuver. Overall, I would recommend to friends and family.

We have a 1600 sq ft house. The three bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is vinyl planking. I could NOT even mop the house twice using the bottle of cleaner which came with the mop! NOT what I expected. It did do a good job, but NOT worth the price 🫤

However, I got this mop with the idea that the power on this mop would vibrate the mop somehow to create a higher level of cleaning. It doesn't; this Swiffer mop is very similar to the traditional WetJet. The battery pack on the back of the mop is easy to load; the mop itself is easy to set up- but I don't see the point of having a battery pack to literally only dispense cleaning solution. I could do the same with a trigger setup, and I wouldn't need to change batteries or worry about them leaking. All in all, the product works fine but I'm not sure I see the point of calling this a “power mop” when the power only dispenses cleaning solution. This mop could have gone so much further, and stopped short of its potential somewhere in the design process.

This mop doesn't work any better than the 'old mop and bucket' method. It's going in the trash. The mop heads do not hold in place and, yes I followed instructions. Refills are not inexpensive. Guess that's the reason to market the product. On the plus side, I love Swiffer dusters, they are great!

Purchased yesterday, attempted assembly today. Opened battery compartment and the spring assembly on end with the arrow n it is missing. No way to securely install batteries. Can not complete battery circuit without this piece. Item purchased almost 100 miles from here (Military Commisary) so not conveinent to reutrn. Is it possibe to obtain a replacement battery compartment?

I mopped 1 week ago, swept before using, and the swiffer power mop still picked up and cleaned so much dirt & grime off my floors. I have 2 kids & 1 dog so the floors get dirty quickly. I struggle with depression so its not easy to always pull out a mop & bucket. I bought the swiffer power mop and within 5 minutes my living room floors were spotless. Best part was my back wasn't hurting and I wasn't sweating like I normally would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my swiffer power-mop multi surface starter kit! I was able to get rid of my mop and bucket and clean up is so much faster and better with this kit. My floors are so clean no dirt, no stickiness no scrubbing! The mop is wide and really sprays well! The pads pick up alot of dirt and hair and actually fits into pretty tight corners of my floor. Its very well made ..not flimsy at all…very solid and maneuverable. I dont like to clean but with this kit everything's made easier and actually enjoyable! I cant say enough good things about this kit…LOVE IT!!!

In your effort to keep people from using it a second time, you made it so flimsy! The plastic scraps the floor & the pad falls off. God forbid we try to refill the bottle, you made it impossible. This actually makes me think you maybe one of the top polluting companies!

Love it, it is ready to go as soon as you put on a clean pad!!
