I am so disappointed in the power mop. The handle is flimsy and continuously unsnaps. The refills. pads are ridiculously priced. Going through multiple ones to fully do floor. Wish I would have stuck with the good ol original swiffer. Won't recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly the PowerMop is my day to day go to. Works effectively and is a breeze to set up and use. Compliments our wood floor so much. So far I have gotten a lot of life and polish out of this device within just a few months. Love it!

Swiffer People! Please, PLEASE bring back the other style of mop that takes four batteries. My old mop finally died on me and this new one that only requires two is so weak it barely sprays 6 inches in front of the mop. Plus, it eats the batteries and I am having to change them more than twice as often. It's so frustrating, all the way around. I hate this one so much that I tried getting my super handy husband to try and figure out how to fix the old one. He tried but it was just dead.

However, I got this mop with the idea that the power on this mop would vibrate the mop somehow to create a higher level of cleaning. It doesn't; this Swiffer mop is very similar to the traditional WetJet. The battery pack on the back of the mop is easy to load; the mop itself is easy to set up- but I don't see the point of having a battery pack to literally only dispense cleaning solution. I could do the same with a trigger setup, and I wouldn't need to change batteries or worry about them leaking. All in all, the product works fine but I'm not sure I see the point of calling this a “power mop” when the power only dispenses cleaning solution. This mop could have gone so much further, and stopped short of its potential somewhere in the design process.

I'm disappointed that the actual mop head Velcro loosens from the mop after a couple of uses so they no longer adhere to the base so you have to continue to buy more. I sewed the Velcro strip to the mop head to it doesn't fall off and can be used multiple times. I'm am sorry I bought this product.

I just don't get it. Recently purhased this product because I thought it would be perfect for my hardwood floors and I cannot get the mop pads to stick. Followed the intructions to a T and I can't get it to stay put. Watched videos and tried again ... still no luck. I am putting the pad on the floor, lining up the strips and pushing down. I thought maybe the mop pad that came with it was old so I got a brand new pack from my local store and still can't get them to stay.

The mop looked great out of the box and I was excited to try it. Other Swiffer products have worked great. This mop wouldn't hold the pad after a couple of uses and rolled easily when trying to mop. Don't waste your money. Get the Swiffer wet Jet, works much better and can hold the pad while in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is fantastic. The pads are fantastic because they are so absorbent and pick up all dirt and other mishaps. The assembly is so easy. The Muppet is very functional, and it offers agamic details that are so important to me. The mop's size is great because it fits. It's a small space, and it's able to flex in a way that lets me get under furniture without moving it. The refills are great, as well as a provider, an easy way to take out the old and put in the new seamlessly. I would recommend this product to anyone and suggest it to all my family and friends.

Make sure you read the directions before starting because I couldn't get the solution to come out. I believe it cleaned my floors fairly well. Storing this will be a breeze because it can either collapse again or stand up right against the wall.
