[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to find out that there were free and gentle dryer sheets! I have no idea why I never thought to check before, I just assumed they did not exist. My skin is extremely sensitive and I can only use detergents that are free of dyes and perfumes on some of my washables so to find there are dryer sheets too, is awesome :) Since getting the Bounce free and gentle dryer sheets, I have used them on every single load of laundry of mine; (there has been a lot...) including my bed sheets which feel much softer than they have in years!!! I am so excited to have now been introduced to this product (which I will continue to use over and over) and I highly recommend, especially if you are someone who has shied away from dryer sheets in the past due to skin sensitivities/allergies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the Bounce dryer sheets are a great addition to my laundry routine. They are free of dyes and perfumes which was really important to me because I have a newborn. I'm very cautious about what I use in my laundry because I don't want to use anything that may irritate her sensitive skin. The only downside to this is it doesn't give your laundry that "clean" smell. For small loads you only need to add one dryer sheet, two sheets for larger loads. This was important to me because it meant that one box was going to last a while. The dryer sheets did help cut down on the static in my clothing. The product says it helps reduce wrinkles but I didn't notice much difference in the amount of wrinkles. Overall I think it is a worthwhile product to add to my laundry. It helps reduce static cling and helps soften my clothing. It is a product free of dyes and perfumes making it ideal for any one who has sensitive skin or doesn't like the strong laundry scent.

It smells perfumed. Not as much as the normal Bounce, but it still has that distinct perfume smell. I see from their reply to other reviews that they are saying this is the "natural" smell of the ingredients, but the smell is so perfumy I find it hard to believe that there is not a fragrance added, maybe not directly to their product on purpose, but then maybe already added to an ingredient before they get it or some other way that they can get around having to list it. Disappointed.

Recently Bounce has been having a perfume smell, although light, it is still smell scented and I smell it even when the box is unopened. I have used the "Perfume Free" product for a long time and this must be a new formula because I itch a lot and didn't have that reaction originally. Also it never had any smell. Has it been changed? I can not use these and have 2 more 200 sheet boxes.

The only reason I'm giving this a rating of 1 star is that there isn't a choice of No Stars available. This dryer sheet is DEFINITELY NOT a "fragrance-free" one ... in fact, it smells just like, well, Bounce. Strong, perfumed odor. I'm returning it to the store where I bought it. (It's kind of telling that one of the qualities listed on the website page for this "fragrance-free" product is that it has "A Long-Lasting Scent". Huh?)

I have been using unscented bounce sheets since they came on the market, I have strong sensitivity with the scented ones and get a bad reaction from the smell, my recent purchase was two weeks ago and noticed a very strong scent on the box when I took them out of my shopping bag, I took the sheets out of the box and put them in the box I still had on my shelf, threw the new box out they came in. The smell was so strong I could not go near them, had to put them in a zip lock bag and continued to use them, was happy that the smell did not go into my clothes, however, but the smell continued to come through the box and the zip lock bag they were in, even my husband noticed the strong smell, said they were stinky, this morning I decided to throw them in the garbage and go out to buy a new box; only to find all the shelves in three different stores I went to had none available, finding this strange I have to ask , are they being discontinued or changed? would love to know where to find them as this is all that I can use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bounce Free & Gentle dryer sheets have combated a minor sensitivity of mine. This product is free of any perfumes or dyes so it doesn’t leave clothes with a scent that seems to linger on the clothes, usually giving me headaches. I’m all about products being gentle & as natural as they can be. I think these sheets are great in preventing clothes from wrinkling. It saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent ironing clothes! And the fact that there are so many dryer sheets included, saves me a lot of money!

I bought these expecting no scent. Used it, and I’m walking around like “what is this cologne type smell coming off my clothes as I heat up?” And it’s the petro-chemicals used in the product. A natural scent will dissipate quickly. This scent, impregnated in my clothing by these sheets, never let up and never wore out. Petroleum chemicals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Bounce Free and Gentle fabric softener sheets are a good fit for my lifestyle. I have been eager to try them, as I am always on the quest to find effective laundry products that are less harmful to people and the environment. I already had been using a different brand of unscented dryer sheets, the only ones I could find at my local store. Anyway, I noticed as soon as I opened the box that the Bounce sheets seem to be made of a thicker and tighter weave of fabric. They also had a "soft" feel to the pre-use coating on them, which is much better than the "squeaky" feel other sheets have had which is off-putting. After running some sheets in the dryer with my usual loads of laundry, I noticed two distinct things that are better than the sheets I had been using: the clothes are noticeably softer (without extra lint being in the trap afterwards), and being that the sheet fabric is thicker and coated better, I was able to throw them in with another load and get two uses out of each sheet. This is a major winner. I really couldn't find any downside to the Bounce Free and Gentle sheets. I will probably be purchasing these from now on.
