The entire box of Free and Gentle fabric sheets SCENTED the kitchen, surrounding items in the grocery bag and on the kitchen counter. I would NOT recommend this product, it is far too strongly scented to be classified as being an UNSCENTED product. I am sorry that we must search for another product.

I would most definitely recommend bounce dryer sheets to everyone I know I was very happy and impressed with how they worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We never use dryer sheets because the fragrances often irritated my daughter's skin, but these Bounce Free & Clear work well and leave our clothes so soft! Washing blankets and towels is a lot easier without all that static too! The only thing it's missing for a 5-star review is biodegradability.

I have been using unscented bounce sheets since they came on the market, I have strong sensitivity with the scented ones and get a bad reaction from the smell, my recent purchase was two weeks ago and noticed a very strong scent on the box when I took them out of my shopping bag, I took the sheets out of the box and put them in the box I still had on my shelf, threw the new box out they came in. The smell was so strong I could not go near them, had to put them in a zip lock bag and continued to use them, was happy that the smell did not go into my clothes, however, but the smell continued to come through the box and the zip lock bag they were in, even my husband noticed the strong smell, said they were stinky, this morning I decided to throw them in the garbage and go out to buy a new box; only to find all the shelves in three different stores I went to had none available, finding this strange I have to ask , are they being discontinued or changed? would love to know where to find them as this is all that I can use.

This product is extremely misleading. It claims it is free of perfumes and dyes. However, there have been many reviews about the heavy perfume scent it actually has. I got 2 different boxes from 2 different stores, and both had the extreme perfume smell. Both have gone in the trash. I am extremely sensitive to scents, to the point where they make me nauseous, so for me when something says it’s perfume free, I expect that. My whole laundry room still has this scent, and so does the back of the house. And it took 2 days of my windows being rolled down in my car to get the scent out of my car, even though they were only in my car for 10 min. In other reviews Bounce says it can either be the natural scent of the product, or that if it is stored with other products that are heavily scented, the scent can be transferred over to these. Well, I brought them straight home from the store and opened them immediately to the extreme smell, so if that is the case, the scent of other fabric softeners it was stored with at the store went through the box and gave this fabric softener it’s heavy scent. If that’s the case, the stores need to be told to store this alone. But considering I’ve used this product before and didn’t have a problem until now, I feel like that’s not the case here. This is also not a natural scent. It smells like the other Bounce dryer sheets that are heavily scented. The smell is absolutely horrible. It’s absolutely disgusting. It doesn’t smell good at all. It is such a strong smell, it just lingers. Also Bounce stated in other reviews the scent shouldn’t be transferred to the clothes. It was and now all my clothes smell horrible. So, Bounce and P

So when I got the Bounce Free and Gentle, I opened it and left it on the coffee table to see if I was allergic at all...and I'm not. I didn't even remember it was there. OK, one problem solved, now, I just hoped the stuff worked in the dryer...and it really does. No wrinkles in my clothes, no ironing needed, and no lint left on the clothes at all. Thanks to Bounce, I have a dryer sheet I can trust.

Long time customer for last 15 years maybe! However, somewhere in Q4 of 2022 (Nov or Dec), the formula changed and the sheets have a powerful odor of chemicals/perfumes. NASTY!!!! Also, Bounce: don't respond to this review, just change you product back to the prior formula!

I have been using Bounce free and clear for years. I recently bought a new box and it is not unscented as stated. I had to put the box outside until I could return it. I doubted my own senses until I read the reviews. I have extremely sensitive skin and this product is falsely claiming it is scent free. Judging from the recent reviews here, you need to address these complaints instead of defending your product. Something has definitely changed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stopped using dryer sheets because of allergies in my family a few years ago and switched to wool dryer balls. I was excited to try these bounce free and gentle sheets when I saw them, and overall I was pleased. I do think that you can tell the difference between the two methods. Clothes dried with these sheets are softer and less clingy, but I do detect a slight residue. I'll probably alternate between dryer balls and these, depending on the type of laundry.
