Long time customer for last 15 years maybe! However, somewhere in Q4 of 2022 (Nov or Dec), the formula changed and the sheets have a powerful odor of chemicals/perfumes. NASTY!!!! Also, Bounce: don't respond to this review, just change you product back to the prior formula!

Why on earth did you add a strong fragrance to Free and Gentle dryer sheets? The description says "without perfumes or dyes" but that certainly is not the case anymore. My whole cabinet smells terrible and the box hasn't even been opened yet. I'll be returning them for a refund.

I have used this product for many years without issue.
There was always a mild scent, it was never truly scent free but now there is a horrid smell to this most recent box and I see others have found the same.
For those of us who suffer from allergies, asthma, sense sensitivities this is a concern.
If you were going to change your product, I would recommend you indicate same on the packaging.

I would most definitely recommend bounce dryer sheets to everyone I know I was very happy and impressed with how they worked.

You say free of fragrance and dye. The dye I can more than likely believe. Free of fragrance! That’s a Big NO! I have sensitive skin. I’ve been trying to figure out what has been aggravating. It the dryer sheets! Free of Fragrance and Dye means FREE OF FRAGRANCE AND DYE,

When trying Bounce Free and Gentle, my expectations were low but I learned a couple of things. 1.) I do not need my dryer sheets to smell awesome because my detergent already does. Why waste time in the store sniffing detergent just to cover it up with a heavily scented dryer sheet?? 2.) The static cling that I have been dealing with for years is not normal or necessary. Bounce Free and Gentle takes away all static and leaves my laundry feeling crazy soft and clean! I am very happy with this product and can say that I am now and forevermore brand loyal to Bounce Free and Gentle.

I was so happy when it arrived because my toddler and fiancé both have sensitive skin and so I have to be cautious with any laundry detergents I use. The fact that it has no dyes or perfumes, it really works for us!

I have used Bounce Free and clear ( now states free and gentle) for years due to severe allergies to fragrance. for years due to severe allergies. But, the last 2-4 times of purchase, I have noticed a fragrance and that box now states free and gentle. Please explain why you added scent. The shelves are loaded with scented products. I feel discriminated against. Even Febreeze makes a free and clear product that works. Please address.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bounce Free & Gentle leaves our clothes soft & static-free without leaving behind tons of scent & perfume. We don't like heavily scented laundry products. We much prefer our clothes to smell of nothing. My daughter also has really sensitive skin & most heavily scented products leave her itchy. Not Bounce Free & Gentle! It doesn't irritate our skin or our sinuses. We also have dogs & Bounce Free & Gentle did a great job helping to eliminate the dog fur all over our clothes.

I have severe allergies to fragrances and this is the only product I use. Plus, being a yard sale enthusiast, I often bring things home that have a lot of scented reside from perfumy softeners. I wash in Tide Free and throw the clothes in the dryer with several Bounce Free sheets and the Bounce helps pull the fragrance out of the fabric.
