I bought this fridge July 2020 and it no longer works. It was amazing when we first got it kept drinks and ice packs cold and frozen. That is all we were using it for. The freezer kept icing over, not a big deal as it is not frost free I would just thaw it and be done. Well now one year later and no extended warranty the fridge compartment doesn't keep drinks cold and the freezer has stopped working. That's all I have in there and the fridge is set at 5. Don't waste you money.

I bought this product . It's poorly made door hangs on freezer. Also when unpacking I realized the tray on the refrigerator door was defective. I contacted Curtis International ,the company listed on the manual and they requested pictures ,serial # and receipts etc several times. This went on for several weeks. After several weeks I received an email stating they could replace the tray for $40.00. This tray has to be defective during manufacturing because it was inside the refrigerator. I let them know it was not fair for me to pay for the tray,due to defective product from them. No response . Poor customer service and poor quality product. Refrigerator also makes a bunch of noise like it's overheating. This company is a JOKE !!!

After only 7 weeks the unit stopped cooling consistently. It would get well over 45 degrees and then plummet to freezing when we adjusted the thermostat. At 9 weeks it won't cool below 48 degrees. Contacted the manufacturer and they voided my warranty because the aluminum coated styrofoam on the back has little dents in it! The fridge came out of the box with little cosmetic issues all over it. I'M FURIOUS! Sam's need to discontinue this manufacturer's products ASAP

Like one of the previous reviewers, we bought this in Plano, TX Sam's Club. The box was perfect. We drove it over to College Station (3 hours) and found out it was severely damaged. Since both the outside box and inside Styrofoam were in perfect condition, the damages must have occurred in the factory, and someone decided just to pack it up anyway. This is really shady. On top of that, just like the other reviewer, Sam's refused to hold the last one available (that is 86 miles away from us) for us.

I will show pictures if I can load them so you can see the specs. This Thomson 7.5 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator keeps my food very cold and safe with the thermostat set at 4.5. The freezer froze 2 packs of baby back ribs within 2 hours at this setting. This is a very good quality, ice cold, soundly built, quiet refrigerator for a very good price! It arrived undented and unscratched in perfect condition. It comes inside a thin cardboard box with thick foam inserts on the top and bottom, and as you unwrap it you will see there are an additional 4 full-length cardboard inserts followed by a film of wrap and underneath that wrap, a final thin layer of wrap I chose to leave on to prevent scratches. To some, this final thin wrap may appear as long scratches, but it is just more protective wrap you can peel off if you wish. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. It is quiet, keeps my food fresh, is sealed properly, and it works as well as the big refrigerators with top freezers. I admit I was pleasantly surprised to get this good a quality at this low a price. I also think it is worth spending the extra $20 for a 3-year peace of mind warranty. Love the style and size of the refrigerator. Fits perfect for what we need/want. However, the freezer works the frig part does not get cool or cold. Really dissapointed as now we have to mess with customer service or a return. Which is always a HUGE pain.

I bought this fridge because it's the perfect size and style I wanted for my home theater. I plugged it in and waited all day for it to cool down. Only the freezer got cold. The lower part of the fridge stayed room temp. I will return it asap. I also didn't feel comfortable with it having flammable refrigerant!

Bought this yesterday when sale started. Freezer door is misaligned. Drops gradually as it moves away from the hinge to the point where the outside edge is close enough to the top of the fridge door that sometimes when you open the freezer door it pulls the fridge door open too, and vice verso. Don't want to get involved in fixing the door myself. Description includes a light in fridge and freezer. Freezer does not have a light. Freezer did a nice job freezing a bowl of water. Set fridge to 6. Checked later and the back of the fridge was heavily frosted and fridge was not that cold. Reset to 5 and frost disappeared overnight and fridge was colder. Debating whether to return it Monday for another. Size is perfect for my brother's needs.

I purchased this fridge for my work office because it was the perfect size for the space we had available. Within 6 months the fridge stopped cooling, yet the freezer was fine. I returned it to Sams in exchange for a new one. The second one seemed fine, but died in less than 2 months. I walked by it one day and noticed the air around it was really warm. When I felt it, the entire outside of the fridge / freezer was extremely warm. I opened it up and the freezer showed a temp of -20 degrees, while the fridge was reading 55 degrees (I had put my own thermometers in it since this fridge doesn't have any of it's own temp readings). Unplugged it in fear that it may burst into flames and will be returning and looking for something of comparable size in a different brand. Two with major problems in less than one year, not doing it again.

Just purchased. Looks great. Plugged it in waited 24 hours. The fridge had ice droplet build up on the back of the fridge and then did not keep cool temperature. I used a refrigerator thermometer to gauge temp and it registered at warm. No good. I am returning item.
