After only 7 weeks the unit stopped cooling consistently. It would get well over 45 degrees and then plummet to freezing when we adjusted the thermostat. At 9 weeks it won't cool below 48 degrees. Contacted the manufacturer and they voided my warranty because the aluminum coated styrofoam on the back has little dents in it! The fridge came out of the box with little cosmetic issues all over it. I'M FURIOUS! Sam's need to discontinue this manufacturer's products ASAP

The Item came with damages. Broken trays, broken crisper, broken leg, and hole on the inside wall. Sam's Club did not stand by the purchase. Instead it was referred to Thomson, who is the manufacturer. Thomson still has not stood by their product. Has been giving us the run around, and no replacement of broken parts. Will not buy products from them again

I bought this fridge because it's the perfect size and style I wanted for my home theater. I plugged it in and waited all day for it to cool down. Only the freezer got cold. The lower part of the fridge stayed room temp. I will return it asap. I also didn't feel comfortable with it having flammable refrigerant!

I bought this as an extra fridge for my basement. Brought it home, unboxed it and it was damaged. Took it back to Sams and they exchanged it. Brought the new one home, unboxed it, set it up in the garage (waiting 24 hours) to verify that it worked & it did. Stored in in the garage (unplugged) while a remodel was going on. Moved in into the basement and nothing... only the light comes one. Doesn't even try to get cold. Waste of time & money.

Love the style and size of the refrigerator. Fits perfect for what we need/want. However, the freezer works the frig part does not get cool or cold. Really dissapointed as now we have to mess with customer service or a return. Which is always a HUGE pain.

Got it home and unboxed. It was in perfect condition. Let it sit for six hours plugging it in. The next morning, the freezer was cold but not the refrigerator section. As the day went on the the refrigerator got warmer but the freezer was still cold. Then I read the owners manual which states " Not For Use in a Garage". Max operating temperature is 85 degrees.

We purchased this 15 months ago. It completely stopped cooling and freezing. Called the manufacturer and they refused to do anything about it since the manufacturer warranty is only a year. Complete waste of over $200 that I now have a refrigerator and freezer that do not work.

Purchased my refrigerator this past Spring and it has run quite we!!. Hiwever, last night I heard a strange noise come from it and opened the door and found that one of the shelves had shattered into small pieces. It took awhile to clean all of the glass out. I have never heard of anything like this happening to a refrigerator shelf.

I've had this unit for a total of almost 8 months now. Make sure not to put more than about 50% capacity food in this unit. Freezer is fine, you can pack that part completely full, it works great. The fridge part has the cooling vs capacity issue. For the first 6 months or so , I had the dial set to 4, and it kept everything fairly cool, no higher than 38F. I thought "wow this fridge is great" and started putting more food in it till it was about 75%, HUGE mistake, even cranked all the way up to 5 food got warm, over 50F and spoiled food, the compressor was too hot to touch, had to throw away about $200 in food... If you need close to full capacity this fridge is rated for then either get a basic cheapy 20+ cu ft fridge for around $400 new or $200 used, or plan on putting no more than ~2.5 cu ft worth of food in this fridge.

Just purchased. Looks great. Plugged it in waited 24 hours. The fridge had ice droplet build up on the back of the fridge and then did not keep cool temperature. I used a refrigerator thermometer to gauge temp and it registered at warm. No good. I am returning item.
