I bought one. I died after 7 months. I made a warranty claim. They were difficult to deal with and made the process drag out for a very long time before they finally issued a check. In the meantime I bought a replacement. That one lasted for about 20 months. I certainly did not expect it to last forever but I do not think it is unreasonable to expect 3 to 5 years before it dies.

I purchased this refrigerator 1 and half years ago. Today, I walked in to find dark brown fluid coming out from the bottom... compressor oil. Cheaper to buy a new one than to repair. Warranty is only for 1 year; I called for assistance and was notified the product was no longer under warranty and they were sorry for any inconvenience. Never buying from this company again. Sam's club needs to consider the quality of this product, since they are the ones selling it. Trash after a year and half. All of that material going to a landfill. Really makes me sick.

After reading other reviews, I checked for dents and damage at the store before bringing home. All seemed good. My wife said her Diet Cokes were not cold so I bought some temperature gauges. This fridge is going back. I keep adjusting the temp dial and it is clueless as to how to keep a temperature. 40 minutes ago the freezer part was 44*. I moved the dial off the coldest setting and it is now 6*. The fridge section has never been below 45*. It is not safe for food. The temps vary by 10* when left alone. Do not store food unless you have a way to monitor the max and min temps.

The first one lasted like 2 weeks. Lost everything in the freezer. Fridge was just drinks. Fortunately sams swapped it for no cost but it was a pain to exchange and have to load, exchange, unload new product and setup all over again. The 2nd one lasted about 5 months as we bought this in November of 2022. Overall it is cheap made and does not last. Save your money and buy something else. Note to Sam's, stop selling this product unless you offer an in house warranty swap for free, up to atleast 3 years would be nice. Or dont sell the product. It is terrible. And so many people leaving reviews about longevity not being good. Do so some follow up on this

Went to Sam's Club, pick it up myself, got it home and let it sit 24 hours plugged it up and it was cool and ready to load within an hour... So cute and handy to use while waiting for my online purchased big refrigerator that apparently will take months to receive... Wish now I just ordered it through Sam's club too...

I bought this fridge July 2020 and it no longer works. It was amazing when we first got it kept drinks and ice packs cold and frozen. That is all we were using it for. The freezer kept icing over, not a big deal as it is not frost free I would just thaw it and be done. Well now one year later and no extended warranty the fridge compartment doesn't keep drinks cold and the freezer has stopped working. That's all I have in there and the fridge is set at 5. Don't waste you money.

For food safety your refrigerator should be kept at or below 40 degrees. I've had this a couple weeks and the lowest I can get it to is 40 degrees with the setting at its coldest. I've tried two different thermometers with the same result. I've had two cases of water and a few condiment bottles in the door. It's not over or under loaded with product. It is in my office which is air conditioned to 72 degrees. It is out in the open not in a cabinet. I have it pulled away from the wall some for air flow. I've been checking the temperature in the morning after the fridge has been unopened for 15 hours. I would think the temp range would be close to 35-40 but it seems to be more like 40-45.

Bought this for waters and drinks. Noticed that it was leaking brown water. .. the inside was dry. Checked the back and it was leaking onto the tray above the compressor something melted that plastic tray and was leaking on the compressor. So this fridge could have caused a fire in my house. Disconnected it. Only 1 year old. Kept clean.

I bought this product from my local Sam's Club on 2022-08-06. I was looking for a refrigerator only to hold beverages and snacks in my basement. This unit having a freezer was an extra that I use for overflow. At the beginning of February I noticed that my drinks were not as cold as usual and some of the items in the freezer were starting to get soft. I turned it off unplugged it and waited about half and hour and plugged it in and turned it on. It work fine for about a week now the unit shuts off daily and most recently was today 2023/02026 when it shut off in a few hours. Luckily I didn't lose anything in the freezer as I had just enough space in my main unit. I would give it a 0 if I could.
