I bought the freezer because i needed the extra room for my meat i open a small business the room in the freezer is what i needed.... Great buy i think might be buying another 1 when my business take out i order online and i picked it up the same day ❤❤❤❤

Thr freezer is awesome the only downside was the dents on lid and front. I followed directions and allowed freezer to sit upright for 24 hours prior to plugging it in. Forced myself and waited 36 hours prior to going to Sams to buy frozen foods most with instant savings. Saved almost 50% of freezer cost on that visit. Freezers pay for themselves quickly.

I bought this about a month ago and it is probably a little bigger than I needed. It is just my husband and I , but we live in a rural area and were looking for a little extra freezer space and also to cut down on our trips to town for groceries. We probably could have used a smaller one, but am extremely happy with this purchase.

This year has been sad we had to send our 20 yr old Saturn to the grave and also our 20 yr old freezer. We put off a new car but saw this freezer the price was perfect the size a bit smaller but fit fine purrs like a kitten no frost love it shipped right to my door and my electric use went down

Very easy to execute the entire purchase and delivery experience. Price was right and payment came out of our cash accumulated from previous year purchases at Sam's. Since we had to lay the unit on its side to get it home I observed the direction/warning to leave th the unit unpowered in place for 24 hours to assure that the refrigerant was drained into the compressor prior to operation. The unit has been working for a month. No problem.

We kept running out of room in our other freezer, so this has been a lifesaver. You'll need to pick this freezer up in either a truck or a large SUV, as I had to take both rows of seats out of a Yukon to get it home. It's not super heavy, but it would be moved a lot easier with two sets of hands. It cooled quickly after I set it up and has been running perfectly ever since. It was pretty beat up & has dings all over it, but it's just an extra freezer sitting in my basement, so that really doesn't matter to me.

I like the size of this little freezer and that it runs quiet. My only complaint is that the coldest I can get it down to on max is right at 0 to +1 degrees F. My 2 other chest freezers achieve -19F (other brands, one of which is the same size and was purchased for the same price).

Packaged extremely well with an eye towards dragging it to it's final place of installation. By that I mean if crated pretty tough but yet very light and easy to move. The operation manual is easy to read and to the point. I highly recommend this unit for small families and couples.

This would be five stars because the freezer itself works great but after ordering online and picking up from the store, we found physical damage to the freezer once it was unpacked. (dented corner). Too much trouble to pack it up and travel 8 miles for exchange..

For the price I really can't complain. It seems to be working well, and it's quite spacious. Came a bit dinged up and delivery was botched, but it was by far the best deal around...and I obsessively researched. Got free delivery by upgrading my membership. That cost me $15 and I saved the $130 delivery charge. Score!
