Thr freezer is awesome the only downside was the dents on lid and front. I followed directions and allowed freezer to sit upright for 24 hours prior to plugging it in. Forced myself and waited 36 hours prior to going to Sams to buy frozen foods most with instant savings. Saved almost 50% of freezer cost on that visit. Freezers pay for themselves quickly.

I bought the freezer because i needed the extra room for my meat i open a small business the room in the freezer is what i needed.... Great buy i think might be buying another 1 when my business take out i order online and i picked it up the same day ❤❤❤❤

I bought this about a month ago and it is probably a little bigger than I needed. It is just my husband and I , but we live in a rural area and were looking for a little extra freezer space and also to cut down on our trips to town for groceries. We probably could have used a smaller one, but am extremely happy with this purchase.

I bought this not needing the size of it. It was on sale so it was the cheaper choice compared to the smallest one. I am glad I did. It does what it's suppose to. I have no complaints. Taking it out the box is easy and it is super lightweight. I couldn't be happier with the product.

It works wonderfully. But when I got it all unpackaged I found out it was dented at the base in the back. If it wasn't for the 45 minute drive and having to get someone to reload it into my car unload at the store and get a new one back home and set up I would have exchanged it because of it being dented.

Basic, sturdy, and it works. Medium sized freezer with 1 top basket. Adjust temp with a dial (no temps, just hash marks). Very quiet. Drain plug present for easy defrosting. Green light next to the temp dial illuminates when unit runs, not a feature I need, but it's there. Works with standard plug, no 220V needed. The enclosed efficiency card estimates $30/yr in electrical use. Left the lid open a while before using to ‘off gas' a strong chemical smell. The first one arrived damaged (cracked and dented) in a sealed intact box (-1 star), but Sams Club promptly made it right. Excellent customer service. The second unit arrived 2 weeks later in better shape.

Chest freezer was dented in four places yet the box it was shipped in was not damaged at all. This can only mean that the freezer was damaged before it was packaged. Quality Assurance within manufacturer needs to be evaluated. It was returned with fear of ordering a new one.

...this baby is cold as ice! Works good, and is super quiet when running. This freezer will take longer than you think to get really cold when you first turn it on---don't run out and buy a ton of frozen stuff to put in it right away. Once its had a chance to get down to operating temp it keeps things rock solid frozen. We have ours in a spare room in an apartment in South Carolina and you can barely tell its there, other than the size.

I was in need of a larger freezer because of all the breastmilk pumping but needed more room for food on the other side. Guess what this has enough room and once plugged up it didn't take long to start using. I've only had it for about 2 months and would love to buy another with all the virus going around so I don't have to leave at all. Right on time Thanks

We purchased this freezer a month ago. Brought home in the back of our SUV, laying on its side, so when we got it home, we let it sit upright for 24 hours before we plugged it in. It has worked perfectly for us since we started it up. Very pleased with the purchase.
