We read the reviews that this was a good freezer and we were not disappointed. It's a reasonable size and fits in our basement. The lid is somewhat light as one reviewer described, but it's not a problem. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

Thia freezer was purchased online and picked up in store. Freezer has worked amazingly since purchase date. Plenty of room for frozen foods and bags of ice.

We've only had this about a month, but it works very well. We wanted to smaller freezer to hold meat ; it is about 2/3 full after packing in a small hog we purchased and had butchered. Our 2006 Toyota Highlander was too small to haul it upright. We laid the freezer on it's back side, had a 2 hour drive home, lifted it out, let it sit upright for 2 days, THEN plugged it in, and it cooled right down. Great little freezer. Has rollers on one end and leveling legs on the other end. Lightweight when it is empty and easy to move around. Only downside is no lock.

The freezer first of all was banged up when we got it. This didn't bother me so much because it would be in the basement. The real problem is every since we got it, it's been dead...never got even cool, not to mention cold. We followed directions to allow it to sit unplugged for 24 hours then gradually turn up the setting from 4-7 over 48 hours. I honestly believe they forgot to put in Freon! I will be sending it back if the repairman can't get it to work today. I hate the hassle of sending it back, hauling it back up from the basement, around tight corners, across my wood floors...what a pain! The disappointment of it not working overshadow any of the features I like. I prefer getting a refund and buy someplace else.

We purchased this small chest freezer about 3 weeks ago. We wanted it to store the soups and stews we cook for our parents. It absolutely fits our needs. It was very easy to set up, basically just plug it in and set the temperature you want. Before setting up, you definitely want to wipe out the inside because it smells bad and you wouldn't want that to transfer to your food. It is the right size for our needs and the price was great...$130.

I bought this roughly a month ago to keep in the garage for both bait, fish and bags of ice. The freezer is plenty big. It will store roughly 18-20 18lb bags of ice. It actually works great. Contrary to some of the reviews this freezer is quiet. It arrived undamaged as well... so, why not a 5 star rating? Well.. tried to add a photo but this website kept erroring out. Ice forms on both the left and right side of the door where the seal is..perhaps the manufacturer could offer some assistance/fix. This tells me that the lid/door on top doesnt seal 100% So, would I buy this again? Sure.

Bought this freezer in preparation for COVID-19 stay at home orders. So glad I did. Our fridge's freezer could not hold enough for 2 weeks. This freezer gives us the piece of mind of knowing we have what we need and don't have to go out weekly to restock.

I bought this to store garden produce in. I Have a large upright, but since the raspberries went crazy on production this year, I was out of room and just giving them away to avoid wasting them. This really fit the bill and it now has red, black and yellow berries, broccoli, peas and soon will have green beans . It was nicer than I thought it would be. I love it. It is also very quiet when running and the lid seals really nice and tight, well worth what I paid.

Nice little freezer, just what my niece needed to fit in her laundry room. Only negative is that it's listed as a Thomson, but we got an RCA brand freezer. The lady that helped us said Sam's club gets Thomson, RCA and Igloo but doesn't change the listing. Also, it does not have a lock, which should be standard on any freezer to prevent kids from leaving it open or climbing in and becoming trapped.

I almost didn't buy it because of the reviews about the units being damaged. The delivery person turned it upside down and the box was damaged. Once I opened it, I found it in perfect condition. Beware those of you complaining of compressor problems, make sure it sits for at least 24 hours before operating. The driver rolled it off the truck, therefore the oil needs to settle back into place before operating. Once plugged in, it got cold really fast and keeps things rock solid cold. So far I LOVE it!
