Freezer arrived 3 or 4 weeks ago and it's working fine. The best part was that it was easy to unpack. The top and the sides lift right off the base. Oh, andit is extremely efficient. All the stored food is ice cold and hard as a rock- at a 5 temperature setting.

I bought this a month ago and it was well packaged and easy to move. Once I put it in place it cooled down in a few hours & is surprisingly spacious. I used to have an upright...and it is not as convenient digging through a chest freezer - but for the price and size this is a good unit

Saved us huge money as freezer of this size were in higher price range. Cooling is great and consistent in all areas hence increasing the shelf life of our food. We keep it inside and not in garage as suggested by manual operating temperature. We did a curb side pick up which was well handled by Sam's Club team.

This chest freezer is large, but fits my family of 4 well. Delivery was quick and appeared to be relatively easy. I noticed a dent on the left hand corner of the freezer was dented. I did not notice it right away, my fault! Anyway, it does not affect the performance!

I bought this freezer about 6 weeks ago because we needed the extra freezer space. We have a large family so I was needing to go shopping often because the freezer part of our refrigerator was not nearly big enough. Now I have plenty of room and can take advantage of sales when they arise. I would recommend this to others.

I purchased this when it was on sale & used my rewards $$ so it cost me less than $100. Delivery was fast & efficient. Removing from the box was super easy. It works & I am happy with my purchase. Honestly a smaller one would of met my needs but would have cost more due to this one being on sale.

I would have given 5 stars as the freezer works great, but the freezer had a huge dent in the side - this wasn't seen until I opened the box at home and didn't feel like driving the hour back to SAMS. We had a large freezer, but since the kids have moved on, it's just the two of us and this is perfect size.

I bought the Thomson chest freezer this month and it works great for me. It also fits perfectly in my kitchen. It was lighter then I thought, had no problem bringing it in the house by myself. It runs quite and it's spacious inside. Also I'm really glad I got it on sale

We bought the freezer several weeks ago. It doesn't take up a huge amount of space. It was great for what we paid. I would've liked at least one more tray included since it is deep and a little hard to reach down to the bottom. Otherwise, it is great.

The freezer seems to be working just fine. During this pandamic Time will tell. During this time of pandemic, I needed something to store food for a family of seven so that I would not need to go shopping to often. The price was manageable. This was a perfect solution for me.
