I bought this about a month ago and it is probably a little bigger than I needed. It is just my husband and I , but we live in a rural area and were looking for a little extra freezer space and also to cut down on our trips to town for groceries. We probably could have used a smaller one, but am extremely happy with this purchase.

Great freezer! Perfect size and price for our family of 5! We didn't have a lot of space to spare, but we fit this sideways in the laundry room between shelves and washing machine perfectly! My family always had a giant one growing up, and it made us “lose” a lot of food at the bottom. This is just the right size to hold a lot, but also to keep the food rotating.

We kept running out of room in our other freezer, so this has been a lifesaver. You'll need to pick this freezer up in either a truck or a large SUV, as I had to take both rows of seats out of a Yukon to get it home. It's not super heavy, but it would be moved a lot easier with two sets of hands. It cooled quickly after I set it up and has been running perfectly ever since. It was pretty beat up & has dings all over it, but it's just an extra freezer sitting in my basement, so that really doesn't matter to me.

Saved us huge money as freezer of this size were in higher price range. Cooling is great and consistent in all areas hence increasing the shelf life of our food. We keep it inside and not in garage as suggested by manual operating temperature. We did a curb side pick up which was well handled by Sam's Club team.

Packaged extremely well with an eye towards dragging it to it's final place of installation. By that I mean if crated pretty tough but yet very light and easy to move. The operation manual is easy to read and to the point. I highly recommend this unit for small families and couples.

Arrived damaged beyond use so I called the customer support number listed on a different review with the same problem. They are no help!!! They said technical support will call back in 3-5 days to tell me how to fix it and that shipping damage voids the manufacturers warranty. Then why did you message to contact you guys??? Are you kidding, Now they are Out of stock so I am out of luck.
