Do not buy!!!
Do not buy any appliance made by this company!! If could give negative stars I would. We bought the 7 cubic foot chest freezer and it literally died less than a month after owning it. We purchased it specifically to hold our frozen meats in the week it took for our stand up freezer to be loaded onto a truck and moved to our new house. It ruined $700+ worth of beef, chicken, pork and seafood. We checked it wasn't the outlet, the breaker wasn't tripped, the freezer just died. For over a month we've been jumping through hoops to get everything done right and through the right channels and we get told they have an exclusion when a freezer or appliance is purchased that they are not nor will they ever be responsible for the contents. EVEN if it's their appliance that dies! I've been told to go through our renters insurance and surprise take a further financial hit because we all know that's never a free thing. They do not quality check their appliances and know that they are low quality and don't care. Do not expect any accountability beyond getting a refund for the piece of garbage you bought. Never ever again will I ever purchase anything made by this deplorable company. Save yourself the trouble and buy from any other company!

Stopped Working
I bought this freezer at Sams June 12, 2020, so excited to have found one during this pandemic because we needed more room for meats and such. It stopped working August 7th about 7 weeks later. most of my meats had already thawed. I called Sams, they said they have a 30 day warranty and since I did not buy the extended warranty that they had offered well then they cant do anything about it. The compressor still kicks on like its working but It does not freeze. Do not buy this product and if you do you better get the extended warranty that they offer, your going to need it. Very disappointed with this freezer and that Sams has not pulled it because of all the bad reviews. A waste of Money!

Works well-But poor customer service
Have been running for a month maintaining temperature at zero. That's good but, after installing and loading the unit with food, we realized the green compress run light did not illuminate. Trouble shooting revealed a burnt out lamp. Contacted customer service. Their only solution was too return the unit for a replacement. That means we would have to empty the unit somewhere, and rent a vehicle to return it-for just a $12 lamp. Appealed to Igloo to just send a replacement green run light. After about two weeks with no response, I received an on-off switch in the mail. A switch not a light. I sent model/serial numbers and pictures and they sent me a switch-and a black one at that. I wrote back using their customer service email. Their reply was to take the unit back. Haven't heard from them since. I don't know if I need a compressor run light. No other freezer does, but if installed it should function. I suspect if that is the best they can do with repair parts, I hate to see if the freezer fails after the warrantee period.

Damaged when delivered
I purchased this deep freezer at the beginning on May. I had my mom to stay at my home to receive the delivery. The company that delivered the freezer told my mom they could only leave the freezer in the front room they cant carry it anywhere else. I finally got someone that could move the freezer to where I wanted it. Opened the box to move it and the freezer was damaged. Sams is going to replace it. I hope the next freezer is not damaged. Ill be home for the next delivery myself.

Came damaged but seems to work
So this is more about the cosmetic side of things than the unit itself. We unboxed it(really well boxed) and set it up and it's been working great. I happened to drive out of my garage and my headlights glinted off the front lower right panel which is very dented in. Since it's been unboxed and in use, Sams Club won't exchange it for us. Since it was wrapped so well, we assume it was dropped BEFORE getting initially boxed and we missed it when we unboxed it. It stinks because I am concerned of the long term possible damage to the controls so I'd say really look it over before you plug it in.
DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE PRODUCT
Stopped working about 1 MONTH after purchase. Got down to over 50°, so definitely not freezing, let alone getting cold. Had to contact manufacturer for refund/exchange because still under warranty. Endless emails back and forth because they have a very specific process. And their response time is worse. Going on 3 months still waiting for refund. Will DEFINITELY NEVER purchase another product from this company ever.

I wish I could say how the freezer was, but I haven't received my replacement yet. After a horrible experience with the delivery service getting it to my house, I opened to find it extremely damaged. Now, almost a month later, I'm still waiting on my replacement. Overall horrible experience
Seems Okay, But I Wish It Had More Baskets
It's very quiet and it gets cold, which is about all I can say about it considering that I just bought it two days ago. If it keeps getting cold, then I'll be happy. I took the extended warranty from Sam's just in case it doesn't keep getting cold. One thing I wish it had and that would have pushed it up to five stars would be more than the one storage basket. I can buy mil crates to keep things sorted, but it would have been nice if it came with more than the one.

Quit after a few months
I bought this in March 2022, and it quit working once, costing me $600 in food, but I was able to rest it and it started working again. It was working fine last night, then turned off again this morning and ruined food again, this time, over $1000 of food. The warranty is ridiculously worth nothing, as the consumer has to pay the cost of shipping the defective unit to them, and THEN they'll decide if they want to replace it or not. Should have taken it back to Sam's the first time. This is not worth your money unless you're okay with having food ruined.

Oops i spot a ding
Operational wise product is fine. But once i opened the box i found a few spots with scratches and dings on it. One particular area had a chipped plastic piece. Do damage to the box anywhere that would indicate possible damage. Contacted Sam's Club and i was compensated for the minor issues. It would be more trouble to repack and take back the freezer rather than accept the few bumps and bruises.
