This freezer works great! Tons of room on the inside but surprisingly not an overly large, bulky unit. My only issue is when we got it home and unpacked it, there was damage to it. It had been dented on the side however none of the local clubs had any left so we could exchange it.

Bought this freezer 6/2022. It worked well until this week when it stopped maintaining temperature. I thawed the freezer out , and cleaned all vents, and started over and it still did not properly cool. I lost over $400 of food. Be advised the extended 3 year warranty only covers the freezer, not any spoiled food. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this product, and terrible warranty system.

Love this little chest freezer but not so little. It is very roomy and fulfills my 2 household person needs. One small problem. Wish it came with some baskets. The one basket that that came with the freezer is not enough. It is very deep and very hard to reach bottom items or to find stuff. Freezer baskets will make easy access. I have not been able to find baskets to fit. The 4 star rating is due to the hard to reach items at the bottom or having to take items out to reach the bottom.

I purchased this as a Mother's Day gift for myself to make more room for my meat. The lights come on & it has a slight sound like a refrigerator would but it does not freeze no get cold. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND. Customer service has yet to send me another one.

Our old 7.0 cubic feet freezer died. We bought this online, but it was 4 inches shorter than the online description and our old freezer. The 7.0 cubic feet sizing would be correct, but it doesn't account for the compressor compartment. Actual size is 6.33 cubic feet. Shrinkflation!

Came damaged

Brought this deep freezer at Sams 3 weeks ago and got the warranty, after 3 weeks notice that the deep freezer only got cold half way from middle to bottom anything above the middle line was defrosted, called warranty company and they informed me that freezer was still under manufactures warranty and it took me a week to finally get them thru to Thompson and another week of emails to get a response they wanted pictures and video which I sent and now, they want me to film me beating up the deep freezer with a bat and cut off the power cord and ripe off all model and label and cut them up, and then after they review the video they will decide if they are going to give me a refund and what type of refund they might give me ( they are not very clear about refund or credit) never mind I have half of a deep freezer full of meat and nowhere to put it and I would have pay to get ride of this deep freezer because if I beat it with a bat, I cannot put it on the curve on trash day because I will get a fine, so now I'm left giving food away to empty this deep freezer and try and get a refund.

It works. Got rid of my 45 yr old Kenmore & downsized. There are only two of us now.

Perfect size for small family keep food fresh.

We're so happy with the freezer it's our 2nd one, we like it for the ability to rotate food
