It's supposed to smooth your hair and help address frizz. My experience: the shampoo lathered better than I expected for a sulfate-free shampoo. It has a very faint and dainty lavender scent which I love. I also love that this is sulfate-free which is less harsh for your hair. However, after I washed my hair, my hair didn't feel as voluminous or full. It felt thin and weighed down. Once my hair dried, it looked shiny and hydrated but it looked weighed down, without any movement. #freeproduct

This shampoo helped me so much with that ! I love the ingredients list as well it has collagen peptide plant based cleansers.
