[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not usually a fan of lavender products but I thought that this shampoo smelled amazing. I have slightly dry and frizzy curly hair and it is difficult for me to usually get my hair to be less frizzy without the use of multiple products. To test this shampoo and conditioner I didnt use my other products to see how this product worked on its own. It ended up being less frizzy than my hair usually is with other products. I loved the packaging and I loved the way that the lavender image was raised on the bottle. I was very interested in the way that this product was ethical and environmentally friendly. My favorite part about this product was the way that it left my hair smelling like lavender all day even though it was a natural product.

I used this product at night after not washing my hair for a couple of days. I was shocked (in a bad way) by how much the shampoo sudsed up - typically I use salon grade shampoo like Oribe which doesnt have as many surfactants so this was different. The scent was pleasant but very strong. My hair's texture changed after using this shampoo- it was more prone to breakage and had more of a rubbery texture compared to normal
