It makes my coarse, dry hair so manageable and smooth under the shower, smells amazing with long-lasting notes of lavender and leaves a healthy bounce and shine afterwards which I've received so many compliments for lately. Overall great product and I highly recommend trying it!

It's really thick on my hair, and a little hard to rinse. The first time, I wasn't a fan at all. My hair felt heavy and "gunky" if that makes sense. But after the first time, the next time I used it, my hair was really soft, and shiny afterwards! I'm not terribly fond of the smell, but I'm not huge on lavender, but it's not bad! But, I used it on one of my daughters, and she has ADHD and stuff usually has the opposite effect on her, and after using this, she was SO hyped up. Lavender usually has that effect on her, but I didn't think about it with shampoo, but yes, it also works on her like that lol, so just a heads up! It bugs me a little that this brand claims to be all about the planet and vegan, natural ingredients, but still has fragrance/parfum in it. Also, I hate it when companies claim things like "3x softer, smoother" - because if you read the fine print, it's just 3x softer and smoother than if you don't use a conditioning shampoo or conditioner at all. The best parts for me are the cleaner ingredients and ingredient sourcing. My hair was smooth, with no frizz, after using this line of products from LB&P. Let me just tell you I am actually genuinely impressed with this shampoo (and conditioner) pairing. As well as the brand overall. Not only is it jam packed with healthy and helpful ingredients for your hair it is free of all those harsh chemicals in so many other hair products.
