However, I always give my honest opinion after trying the product. Firstly, the scent is divine. It's not so strong that it gave me a headache, but long lasting enough for me to catch whiffs of it through the day when I moved my hair. My hair is 2B/C, very porous, and damaged from bleaching and dyeing. On a humid day, I look like I have a halo of frizz around my head. On a dry day, my ends feel like straw. After trying LB&P's sulfate-free shampoo, I was pleasantly surprised to find my hair was a softer shiner texture. It hasn't solved all my frizz problems, but it's definitely something I'll be coming back to because for the price point it performs better than all the expensive brands I've tried. #freeproduct

Sulfate-free is the way to go when you have long, dry, straight, and fine hair like mine. I wanted to love this product from the moment I opened the bottle. It smells amazing and feels rich. However, I washed my hair with this for the first time and it left my hair a dried out disaster. Figuring it was user error or product purging I gave it 2 more chances. My hair felt like straw and had to be brought back with excessive amounts of deep conditioner. I don't recommend this to any of my curly hair folk my sister with straight her used this product and says she had not issues with it drying out her hair so it may just be a lack of hydration within the product for my hair type.

After using it, my hair becomes dry and difficult to comb. You need to use the matching conditioner to make your hair easier to comb. This is a trial product. I will not buy the shampoo.

First off, I am in love with the lavender scent of this. The texture is great, it leaves my hair soft and shiny without looking greasy and most of the ingredients are natural. If your like me and have thick damaged hair and tend to use a lot of conditioner, you don't want to be spending salon prices for conditioner. This brand has extremely fair prices for what you're getting & you won't be disappointed with the result.

I recently only started using this considering the fact that they are sulfate free..I used the one for frizzy hair, but it hardly helped control the frizz! Also, I found a lot of white flakes on my scalp, so looks like it doesn't do a good job at cleaning the scalp too! Very disappointed!
