I've had a FoodSaver for several years and love it. I once tried using a different brand of vacuum bags because they were cheaper and it was a mistake. Although these original bags are expensive (like everything else) they are what I have to buy if I want my food to stay vacuumed and sealed in the freezer.

I'm so glad Sam's carries this particular assortment, because I have not been able to find anything like it elsewhere. The food saver website sells packages that are much more than I need, and there is no reasonably priced, practical assortment there.

I am still using my original Food Saver Sealer purchased several years ago! The use has not been light. It has sealed literally thousands of bags. I've used Food Saver bagging material exclusively throughout my sealing adventures and never had an issue. I just need a bigger freezer! Excellent product and company.

It would be so much better if they provided the ability to make narrow bags. We have a lot of wasted product that wouldn't happen with long skinny bags. We tried making them which involves first sealing off two edges, then cutting off the top of a short edge, inserting food then doing the vac-and-seal but the machine doesn't like sealing over the edges that way. So back to wasting product. Just the same there's ample wrap in the box, should last through three or four runs to Sam's for meat and supplies for a family of four.

Wonderful cost of this product. The rolls are great for different sizes of bags you want to make. I use all different sizes. The wider material makes gallon sized bags if you need it that big and the 8" material makes quart sized bags. I have been buying FoodSaver rolls for years and I always get it from Sam's! Great buy and the price is fabulous.

The new texture of the Food Saver bags is much better. We have had seals fail in the older bags but these seem to seal better- I don't feel the need to double seal anymore. Glad this product got better and not worse. These are much better than generic.

The bags that DO NOT have zippers are fantastic for freezing! I only use the zip bags for the fridge as the vacuum disc can fall off once the bag freezes for a a few days. TIP: Only use as I just said and you will be fine and it is a good purchase. Do not freeze food in the zipper bags

I've been using these bags with my Food Saver for several years. If you buy things in bulk, such as meats, etc., these are a great way to always have meats or meals in the freezer. They are great for other things as well. I am greatly satisfied with these quality of these bags. No freezer burn ever and so convenient.

I'm so glad Sam's club carries this product. I caught it on sale, BONUS! With my Plus Membership and free shipping amazing. This product is made for my food sealer so I never worry if the bag will seal.(I have tried generic rolls and will never again use them for my food saver)

No substitutes for this product. Preserves ammo, stored flower seeds, and of course, food. I tested the ability to retain meat and I just cooked several chicken breasts packaged 4 years ago. Just as good as new bought. I have a 15 cf freezer full of meat that will be fresh when I harvest it.
