These bags work very good and I always buy the at Sam’s Club. Food Saver really does help save money and these bags are the best. Cut them to fit whatever you put inside. Seal the bags and freeze. Very easy.

I bought these bags with the sealing machine (sold separately) as a combined gift for my mom. They are sturdy, come in different sizes, and different tear while using them. Perfect sizes for someone who cooks a lot of small to large portion meals. My mom absolutely loves it!!

If buying in meats, cheese, etc...in bulk and own a searler, it is always good to have FoodSaver bags on hand to make those purchases last as long as possible.

Others may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. These are strong, vacuum up nicely, stay sealed and can be washed in very hot water and be re-used. I only re-use once for freezing, but will two times or more if using for cheeses or like items for refrigerator keeping. After trying some others..... these are the best I have used and keep coming ack to.

Perfect combination of sizes. I use my food saver instead of any zip top bags or plastic snap top containers. I buy meat in bulk, separate and freeze. It lasts and the meat thaws perfectly. I also started buying cheese in blocks and grating myself in my food processor. The freshly grated cheese melts and tastes so much better than buying already grated. It is super easy to store in the foodSaver bags. It does not take any longer to seal the FoodSaver bags than it does to zip up a baggie and the food stays fresh days longer.

Best Way to Freeze Food, I've had a food sealer for years. Being able to buy in bulk has helped me save money in my food budget. Its important to have secure packaging when freezing. I have fresh vegetables and fruit , tomatoes, green beans, strawberries, lemons, lemon juice. Cooked foods include gumbo, chili,greens, beans. Meats, chicken, pork chops, ground beef, etc. Finding the bags on sales was a PLUS.

I have used a Food Saver machine for probably close to 20 years. I have always used the genuine Food saver bags or rolls and made my own bags. They work great. You don’t have to worry about freezer burn your food will keep nicely for months. The plastic is much thicker than regular zipper freezer bags and of course you have the option to vacuum seal with these bags and machine.

It was a good price on these foodsaver rolls. However, I wish they came in either the small size rolls or large size rolls. I use more of the smaller size rolls normally.

The large rolls are too wide for my food saver. I dont know which one I have but I think a standard basic one. I made it work by sealing as much as I could and then doing it again and overlapping the line. Not ideal. Kind of a pain actually but I already opened it and don’t want to return.

It seems the bag material has gotten thinner. The gnarled side of the bag has less depth leaving less of a path for air to be vacuumed out. Which means more air gets trapped in the bag. Not that it matters too much but even the quality of the cardboard that the bags are packed in has gone down.
