I have used a Food Saver machine for probably close to 20 years. I have always used the genuine Food saver bags or rolls and made my own bags. They work great. You don’t have to worry about freezer burn your food will keep nicely for months. The plastic is much thicker than regular zipper freezer bags and of course you have the option to vacuum seal with these bags and machine.

Best Way to Freeze Food, I've had a food sealer for years. Being able to buy in bulk has helped me save money in my food budget. Its important to have secure packaging when freezing. I have fresh vegetables and fruit , tomatoes, green beans, strawberries, lemons, lemon juice. Cooked foods include gumbo, chili,greens, beans. Meats, chicken, pork chops, ground beef, etc. Finding the bags on sales was a PLUS.

Good quality - somewhat expensive

I’ve tried other ‘freezer bags” but always keep coming back to the real FoodSaver brand because they are the best. And I’ve found SAMS has the best price.

I love this food saver system. Keeps my food fresh as the day I purchased them. The only problem is some of the storage bags didn’t seal properly. After a short while they let air in. Had to throw a lot of them away.

Love these food saver bags and rolls! I like being able to cut whatever size I want. Foods lasts so much longer in the freezer in these bags. Sometimes after much use, my ice packs start to leak, so I freeze them then seal them in food saver bags and they last for years. These bags are also good for traveling and such, as they can keep things all together and from getting scattered. You can seal up matches for camping as well. ....many uses!!

Food saver products is the best for keeping food good in the freezer for years. The food saver machine comes in more than more than one price range so you can pick the one the that works best for you. The same with ease of use. With the Days of Cov-19 I can think of no better product. It may be hard to find right now but the sharch is worth it.

I ordered these on line. There were 4 of the big 11" rolls and 2 of the 8" rolls & premade bags included. These would have cost around 60.00 if I bought them where is usually do (discounted) but I got them here for 39.00. Great bargain. I have tried the other vacuum seal bags and they do not come close to the FoodSaver brand. This "FoodSaver Roll Combo Pack" is a great buys from Sam's Club.

We have 6 kids and buy meat in bulk sizes to save money. Being able to choose the size of the bag is handy, it allows me to freeze the right amount for our various dinner configurations (all the kids, half the kids, and dinners with Grandpa). The vacuum sealer eliminates virtually all freezer burn if make sure the bag actually seals. I usually double seal about an inch apart to make sure it’s sealed. It works great for both raw and cooked meats. One added bonus that we’ve found that we didn’t think about before is that the adults are not eating 2 or 3 days of leftovers anymore because the bags are portioned for meals.
