Instead of purchasing vanilla flavored coffee creamer, I add this to regular cream and it tastes just fine plus I’m saving money. I also use this when I make fudge; however, I get the real deal for my other baked goods.

Chefs, cooks, moms and even paestry chefs can't tell the difference between a good imatation vanilla and the real thing. Also I recommend the Mexican vanilla sold by Sam's Club. ( excuse spelling )

Will return to store. Was delivered almost a week later than expected, leaking, frozen. Had floaters when finally thawed. However, will buy again as is a good product.

I am not a gourmet cook, Never published a recipe book. But I think it’s fun to bake, Especially cookies and cake. I’m not much of a poet, as you can tell, But McCormick vanilla serves me well.

While it’s not as strong as true extract, it’s just fine for baking. I primarily use it to flavor my Frappuccinos & espressos and it works just fine. I have to use a little more than I would with extract but for this price, it’s fine.

I go through about 1 and a half of these a year, used to buy at Sam's club for an even better price, but our local stores closed. Great product for cooking, really all of the volatile compounds that make real vanilla so good are driven off by heat, so the final result is almost indistinguishable than if you used the expensive stuff. I use real vanilla, preferably pods, in things like ice creams and custards, where the vanilla is not exposed to excessive heat. For baking this stuff is great.

I used to use this imitation vanilla years ago until I switched to the real deal. Recently I ran out of pure vanilla so ordered this in a pinch and it’s still a good alternative., not as good as real vanilla though. I baked sugar cookies using this and I can taste the difference but in oatmeal coconut cookies not as much. I’ll definitely return to pure vanilla.

Great size and great price! For those lowering the rating because this is IMITATION vanilla, I don't understand why since it clearly states that on the title, description AND shows it in the picture. You would never get this price with real vanilla.

This is really good imitation vanilla. Great for anything that needs vanilla. Can't get it at the Sam's Club in our area, so had to order it. They need to get it back in the Sam's Club stores, instead of the Molina Mexican imitation vanilla, which was nasty.

The restaurant where I used to work were using this Imitation Vanilla Flavor and I was Amazed at the strong smell of vanilla. So I decided to buy it for myself. However when I did order this bottle the Vanilla was not powerful at all. May be it was defective product! However I will not recommend it to anyone.
