It's very easy to use for not just packing but for arts and crafts, hanging, repairing,etc. The dispenser is easy to use and the tape is strong, not cheap. It is a very good product and I would definitely purchase it in-store or online.

The good and most important thing is, though, that it holds; I know it won't fall off of something easily that I need held together. It also came in very good use with sculpture-creating. Plus, it makes a very bold fashion statement to walk around wearing it. Way to go with the flow!

We have used the tape to create boxes and it was awesome. The refillable dispenser cut the tape cleanly and was easy to use on a box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this tape, Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape, at no charge from 3M for my use and review. I found the tape to be definitely heavy duty. The tape feels heavy and has a slick feel to the non-sticky side. It is sticky and adheres well to the cardboard box I've tested it on. I did find the tape to be thick enough that it was a bit difficult to tear with the enclosed dispenser. I would recommend this tape as it does the job of sealing very well.

I am an elementary teacher and use this tape for many many things in the classroom. One of the biggest uses is to tape name plates on student desks. I have never had any trouble until this year. The tape will not stay down on the desks. I bought a multi pack of tape and have tried all the rolls. I have wiped the tables with water, then the school's cleaner and then Clorox wipes. The tape comes up after each cleaning. Help! What do I need to do?

The dispenser could be better, but can be worked with after a little try and error. It does not take away from the usefulness of the tape itself.

I have purchased Scotch brand heavy duty tape for years to ship packages to my family. I purchased a 38.2 yd heavy duty 20x stronger roll again today but unfortunately, while wrapping the large package, the tape ripped in my hands a number of times. Totally disappointed and surprised. I have tried other less expensive brands and it is just not worth the savings, I have returned them for cash or exchanged for Scotch every time. This is the best ever. It is strong, durable, goes on easy and TEARS easily and neatly when I want it too! It is well worth the extra cost to avoid the frustration from cheaper products. I won't use anything but Scotch, I have learned my lesson! Thanks for such a great product! And this is just one of many that I regularly use!
