[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer to use the Scotch High Performance Packaging Tape because of it's superior strenght & ease of use. The dispenser makes Life so much easier when boxing & packaging something to be delivered & I can always be assured it will arrive intact even though the delivery companies treat the packages like Gorillas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've moved around and packed so much throughout my life, I've always used Scotch packaging tape. I insist you have the dispenser as it makes the taping of boxes easier and more efficient. I've never had a problem with the tape tearing. As in the name it is heavy duty and strong. If you go with an off-brand the tape will keep breaking and you never get a clean tear leading to wasted time and frustration. I learned the hard way at first. Now I know to stick to Scotch products. I did receive this product free from 3M, however it's all I prefer and recommend using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I send my son mothly care packages to his base and go through packing tape faster than anything else because I have to use multiple layer, but not with this tape. Scotch Heavy Duty does the job in one strip! I am impressed with the gauge thickness and hold, very good job Scotch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am used to using the packing tape so using the Heavy Duty version I can instantly tell this is a more durable tape. It feels stronger and it is stickier. I think it would last a very long time. I received this free to test and review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great! Held my boxes together well! I definitely recommend this product. I sell a lot of my clothing online, and this helps me feel so much more secure about my packages. I'm not worried about the boxes coming undone with heavier items!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape with Dispenser is perfect for securing boxes. The dispenser makes it easy to apply, The tape itself has a strong adhesive that stays adhered keeping boxes secure through transit. For packaging for storage or a move it is the perfect choice. I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of Scotch Heavy Duty Shipping Packaging Tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape does wonders, its not just for shipping, since its clear i have also been using it to fix books that the kids have ripped apart or are to rough with. The dispenser makes it nice and easy to rip off a piece of tape without having to find a scissors to complete the job. Have not had any issues with the tape, also if you feel the thickness of the tape you can tell its heavy duty. If you were to compare this to some generic brand there is a remarkable difference. Definitely choose 3M when possible. I was provided a sample of the 3M Heavy duty tape for a review.

I ordered the six pack of the tape in the dispensers. First, I have never figured out (using for years) how to easily get that little piece of cardboard out that gets stuck in the way of the blade. But the tape I just received, the tape is actually installed backwards! Yes, it was easy to take it off and turn it around, but really - who put it together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This packaging tape is as strong as is needed. One layer of it seals the seam. I used it on a smaller package I had to mail. And it is crystal clear. The dispenser works well and can be refilled. It could also be used to repair a box.

Bought shipping and packing tape for a move. It just kept lifting off. At one point I was lifting a box off the ground and my foot stuck to a piece of lifted tape. The whole bottom came open Definiely NOT using this on my next move (a month from now)
