At only 10 calories per cup, this is a flavorful alternative for making my pork tacos. Still tender. Still juicy. About 125 calories saved!

Supposedly, it will give you the creamiest mash potatoes you have ever tasted. Well, ladies and gentlemen, it did! They cooked perfectly in Swanson Broth and taste amazing!
