It seems to have less sodium and more healthy ingredients compared to other broths. I’m able to use it in a variety of ways but my favorite is to drink a little while fasting.

It’s not high in calories and comes in different times of calories and sodium types. It’s perfect for everyone to use to cook with or even eat on it own. I personally just make a lot of chicken noodle soup, or add it to a chicken sauce with breading. It’s really good. can pretty much make anything with it!!

Whenever I make soup and don’t use Swanson you can tell the difference. This broth has an all natural flavor and doesn’t just taste like salt like most others do. I made a basic chicken breast the other day, but used this instead of water. So good! Of course the chicken was tender, as it always is coming out of the Instapot, but the broth just adds this bit of extra flavor that makes all the difference. I especially like that it's low sodium. You can taste the quality in the broth itself. I love the chicken broth in these containers. I used to make homemade chicken soup, and I used the broth in a potato and Italian sausage soup recipe I found. It turned out great.

If I use two in a large serving I’ll usually grab one regular and the other low sodium. This both also freezes really well and is easy to use up within the 14 days after opening. I’d like to see an clear side with an amount marked so I know how much is in there. Definitely recommend!
