The flavor is so amazing that you can barely tell the difference! And I didn’t have to spend hours boiling it down. The packaging is super convenient because if you don’t use it all you can just seal it back up and use the rest for another recipe.

From soups to cooking chicken in my pressure cooker, Swanson broth is my go to for adding flavor and juiciness. My favorite thing to use it for us cooking a bunch of chicken breast in the pressure cooker with the broth added, then once it’s done and cooled o add some more broth and shred it using my stand mixer. Perfect for meal prep!

It is the beginning of great things in the kitchen. On a cold and rainy spring day, that means loaded potato soup in my house. I substitute half of the water for boiling the potatoes with the chicken broth and the result is a beautifully rich and deeply flavored soup that's so much better than what I grew up with.
