I like to use it to cook rice every now and then to give my side some pizazz. I also use it in a pinch to make chicken soup that tastes like it's been cooking all day!

It was super cold lately so I used mine to make chicken and shrimp congee and it came out so well! I love that it wasn't salty and I was able to blend it well with other spices!
