This is the second posting review I'm sending in as it appears my first review was not posted submitted 2 weeks ago. Changed ingredients. This is NOT The Original coffee creamer. It has a vanilla nutty taste. Why change something so many customers enjoyed with their coffee ? Will be returning product and not buy again. Lost a loyal customer.

I have been drinking this for years and now the formula is gritty, tastes like baking soda with a chemical hazelnut flavor. It used to be creamy and slightly sweet but now it's awful, doesn't blend in my coffee and leaves a slimy, oily scum layer on the inside of my cup that won't even come out in the dishwasher unless I pre-scrub it. I have noticed this the last few containers and it's so disgusting I started using oat milk instead. I would give 0 stars if I could.

First - coffee is just a given in our house, for 30 years. In recent history, coffemate comes with a nasty gooey film on top of the coffee - sticks to the inside of my lid - its gross. Is this temporary due to ingredient issues? Photos are every cup, stir/dont stir - same result

I just need some nutrient info i can not find. So hoping you can help me. I am a diaylsis patient and of course they trylimiting your fluids and ingredients in almost everything. Coffee is one i refuse to give up which is why they are blaming everything bad on my coffee. One that my labs stays extremly high on is my phosphours. I was wondering if youcould let me know what content is in a tablespoon of coffee mate so i can compare it to other options. Want to do my homework so i know what to argue. Lol. Ty, Maria

I have used Coffeemate for many many years. What has happened to the original flavour lately? It tastes terrible and it takes away the flavour of the coffee. This product has become quite expensive so I will not be buying it again until I can be assured it gets fixed. All of your long term customers deserve an explanation!!

I have used coffeemate for many years and now it takes 3 times as much to get close to the same old taste? I hate the new plastic containers, There is enough is the trash already? I'm thinking of moving back to canned cream as this is just not the same

I have had the same experience as many of the reviewers. My wife and I are die hard coffee mate users and have not used anything else for years. Recently, it tastes like the cheap imitation version. I hope you can get it fixed. I would and have given the product and excellent rating and definitely would and have recommended to a friend, but not with the change

I've used coffee mate for 30÷ years and within the last few years the flavor has definitely changed! It now tastes like a watered down version of itself. No longer has the super creamy flavor it had a few years ago. It only lightens coffee now. Tastes exactly like cheap no-name creamer. I thought it was just me but wow look at all the reviews saying the EXACT SAME THING. Might as well save some money and buy generic til Nestle gets the point. Why buy coffee mate if it doesn't taste like coffee mate anymore? You can say the formula hasn't changed all you want, the taste speaks for itself. One of your ingredient suppliers has changed something then. Listen to the consumers!

My wife has been using Coffeemate (the powder) for decades. I have now wasted money on 3 containers she refuses to use. The newly labeled product has changed, and her and my mother-in-law both find it disgusting and have started to look at different brands. Very disappointing.

Been drinking coffee mate for over 20 years, this new formula tastes awefull , it smells like vanilla and tastes sweet, so gross ?? now found a powder that's cheaper and just as good, it's the Sobeys brand. Good luck trying to sell your new formula powder.
