Using a milk derivative and calling it a Non-Dairy creamer is false advertising and extremely misleading. Many of us react to casein. Casein has also been shown to cause cancer. I can't complain directly without agreeing to stupid marketing practices. This is a disgusting corporation that uses slave labor. Looks it up people!!!

I am a long term user of the Coffeemate Original powder, I am not sure when was it changed, the taste and smell is like hazelnut, it ruined my coffee. Also the powder is not dissolving completely, which I never have this problem before. I am very unsatisfied with this new formula, you guys should consider to revert it back to the actual "Original".

I know this harkens back to the days of your grandparents but it's a classic and it's still the best creamer out there. Kept at room temperature it does not cool down your coffee like refrigerated creamers/milk; and tastes very similar to rich table cream. It give your coffee a warm, golden flavor, smoothing out any bitterness! If coziness had a taste, this would be it! People, today, do not know what they are missing!

We have used this product for many years, and while it is still our preferred taste, we have noticed in the last couple of years that we have to put about twice as much in our coffee than we used to. Seems like an intentional recipe change so people have to buy more 😒 The price at the grocery store has also increased significantly. If I could find another product that would give the same flavor, I would switch because I can barely afford it anymore.

What happened? This used to be the only powdered creamer we bought. Something changed in the ingredients and now there is no reason to buy this higher priced product. Both my husband and I are truly disappointed. Let me know when you go back to the original.

This batch has no cream flavor. It tastes non-fat powdered milk and barely changes the color of black coffee. I have enjoyed using Coffee Mate Original powdered creamer for over 40 years and preferred it over real cream and half-and-half. What happened to the recipe? I can't enjoy it anymore.

I have to agree with the other reviews on here. I have been using this creamer for years. I noticed a big change in taste and when compared the colors are different. The old creamer is white and the new is a darker white, like its gone bad or something. Taste is very bad. It pours out of container differently. What happened? I want my old creamer back.

I have been a coffee mate user for a long time and loved it but I have just opened a new tub and I noticed straight away the consistency has changed but I dident think too much of it … until I tasted it, I'm not happy the taste has completely changed, it tastes like a cheep inferior brand that I could have bought from the bottom shelf of any supermarket.. I will definitely not be buying again.

I've been using Coffee mate for many years and I loved it but the new formula tastes really sweet, and like hazelnut. I want the old taste back! I looked at the ingredients list and they added dextrose and some other stuff I think. It didn't need to be changed! Hey, if you want to change it, make another new product, leave our coffee flavor alone! The taste of artificial chemical sugar is still in my mouth as I type this. I will never buy this "original" (ya right) coffee mate again if they keep it like this. NEVER BUY AGAIN. I promise.

I have lived off of the old coffeemate - french vanilla mostly since they've changed I've gone generic rather than use this. It's not at all tasty and takes an awful lot to make your drink creamy and the flavor is not at all good. I have had to get creative in my substitution. I won't be buying this at all. I don't know why folks have to go and change something that was a staple and that everyone was already happy with. I mean don't replace it; leave the old and try the new but to replace it was just not smart in my opinion because now I won't buy it at all.
