This product has changed and you can't tell me different. There has been nothing that has changed in my coffee routine. This creamer now turns into chunks that float around in my coffee causing me to have to spit it out. It's a disgusting nightmare for someone who values their coffee ritual and has been using this product for many many years. I am so disappointed. I won't be buying this anymore. I'm guessing you changed the ingredients to cut costs and increase shareholder value?? As a consumer I'm so sick of these companies doing stuff like this. SO SICK OF IT.

I have been using rich & creamy coffee mate since before I wasn't old enough to drink coffee plus we put it in hot tea as well. I have noticed the recipe has changed over the years...I went from using 1.5 tsps of creamer in my mug of coffee to now for same flavor & appearance I'm using 3tbsps in the exact same mug. The original coffee mate really was rich, creamy & flavorful which I truly miss. The new recipe doesn't compare in flavor nor appearance. I still prefer original flavor coffeemate to any other brand but I truly wish your company would go back to the original creamy recipe from 30 -40 years ago, heck even 10 years ago.

When I first got diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease and the doctor said I couldn't have, among other things, dairy my first thought was "not my creamer!" Coffee is my favorite thing and Coffee Mate makes it extra delightful. So happy they have dairy free options. Coffee Mate has saved my joy one cup at a time. Way to be.

Coffee Mate has been a creature comfort for me and my family since I was born, Growing up My mum would put it in my tea, or even my hot chocolate to give it an extra creamy kick. When I started drinking coffee, if it didn't have the good ol' original Coffee Mate powder in it, I'd spit it out. I love Coffee mate and am the sole reason we have a big tub of it at work by the coffee machine despite all the non-dairy creamer haters. We recently had to get a new tub at work because I finished off the old one, and it is disgusting. I don't know what has changed, but it is just gross. I really hope that this product is able produce the same reliable taste we've all come to know and love soon. I Don't want the tradition of this product in our family to change but as it is now is unacceptable. Please fix this. You were a staple.

I've been purchasing coffemate powder forever. Recently I purchased a tub with an Original tag on it. When opening it I could smell vanilla, and when in my coffee I could taste it. I thought they made a mistake by labeling in the wrong powder. I threw it out, a real waste of money, because a premium brand is not cheap. So I purchased another one, original tag but same result Vanilla taste... again waste of money. I don't know if this a quality control issue, or some sort of marketing ploy.., but I'm not purchasing another tub again, I'd rather purchase a cheaper generic brand at least theirs taste closer to coffemate's Original taste the what Nestlé is peddling now. One star because I can't select no star.

Seems like an intentional recipe change so people have to buy more The price at the grocery store has also increased significantly. If I could find another product that would give the same flavor, I would switch because I can barely afford it anymore.

I have been a long term user of coffeemate powder, for over 40 years but recently have noticed a change. it is darker in color, and it doesn't fully dissolve like it used to, leaving little particles that seem like oil on the surface of my coffee, also it doesn't lighten the coffee as much as it used to. as I said, i've been a supporter even though many around me refuse to use coffee mate because of unhealthy ingredients, I know it has corn syrup solids, not thrilled with that but okay, but now it sees more oily, which I don't like. will probably be finding some other alternative as this is not really conducive to a good cup of coffee experience.

Besides the white, powdery residue that is left in my cup each morning, Coffee Mate hasn't tasted the same for a longggggg time. The corn syrup solids and hydrogenated blah blah sure haven't improved this for the consumer, but apparently it's much more profitable for Nestle. I just wanted you to know because I'm going to give it up completely and switch to real cream. At least I know what's in cream.

I have been using Coffee mate since....forever. My parents used it. However, I noticed changes in the taste and texture after putting it in my coffee - no longer as creamy and smooth as it used to be. And it takes twice as much to achieve even a distant likeness to the way it used to be. What happened? If something isn't broke, don't try to fix it. Go back to your old formula. Let the consumer decide by taste tests what is best.
