For a while my store didn't even have Coffeemate. I assumed it was a supply chain problem but now I'm thinking there may have been a production problem and you changed the formula. It is not good. It leaves a nasty film on top of my coffee that also stays in my cup and requires scrubbing to clean. It used to mix into the coffee much better also. Please fix this!

I will no longer purchase COFFEMATE ANYTHING. THE POWDERED VANILLA was a staple in my home. Plus it travels well. SOMETHING HAS CHANGED IN THE INGREDIENTS AND I NOTICED A POWDERY SUBSTANCE FLOATING AFTER MIXING IN MY COFFEE!!! It now has a very Awful taste!!! ???????? I will be on the hunt for another fav powders creamer while using natural heavy cream at home.

I used to sit with my Grandfather in the morning and sip coffee. I remember him pouring me a drop of coffee and Coffee Mate. We would sip our coffee and I would feel so grown up. I miss him, but coffee with Coffee Mate always bring a smile. Thanks for the memories.

What is going on with the original powdered coffee mate? Through Google I know you've changed the formula and it's terrible. I thought it had gone bad... the color texture and flavor is all wrong. It curdles on top of your coffee.. for me Coffee Mate was top shelf but not no more... why mess with a great product.. I will be replacing you.

Been drinking coffee mate for over 20 years, this new formula tastes awefull , it smells like vanilla and tastes sweet, so gross ?? now found a powder that's cheaper and just as good, it's the Sobeys brand. Good luck trying to sell your new formula powder.

I don't know what you've changed but please stop it. Coffee mate is not the same, darker color leaves a thick film in the cup and coats your tongue. It's not as smooth and really bad. I have used this product for over 20 years but now I must stop. It's making me sick. Very sad and disappointed that you could not leave a good product as it was and have cut corners.

I just purchased the powdered version and I can't understand why is the taste and flavor so bad and oily ? This product has been in American homes for generations so that's more than enough for you to supply quality and real ingredients to consumers . Who wants to pay for a product that's has enough chemicals to kill us.

I've been using this product for many many years and recently find that the powder is different in texture. It is grainy and dryer somehow maybe there is less fat in it. I really just want the regular stuff that I've been using for so many years. Hard to pull one over on us regulars!

I am a long term user of the Coffeemate Original powder, I am not sure when was it changed, the taste and smell is like hazelnut, it ruined my coffee. Also the powder is not dissolving completely, which I never have this problem before. I am very unsatisfied with this new formula, you guys should consider to revert it back to the actual "Original".

I've been using this creamer for YEARS and it's ALWAYS been white and creamy (I mean it's CREAMer, right, one would want it creamy. This is batch like several before it are bland and lacking. This purchase was even a beige color not even white. I am disappointed, why ruin a good thing!? If it ain't broke don't Try to fix it please. This is no longer the "ORIGINAL" (SO SAD)
