Bought what I presumed was the same original coffee mate we have used for years. This is not it. It is not the creamy taste we liked. Now it tastes like some nutty, off taste. Yuck yuck yuck. Big fail Nestlé. Bring back the real "Original". Did you even ask uour customers if they wanted this change.? I think NOT!!!!

For the first time ever I purchased a Coffemate coffee creamer that was bad. Didn't think it was possible. I was clearly wrong. Product looked normal but when added to coffee it didn't change the color of the coffee and tasted off. I was very disappointed. Very frustrating. Product quality assurance no longer a guarantee.

I have been a loyal fan of The Original Powder Coffee Creamer for years, but the recent formula change has left me extremely disappointed. This once great product has taken a nosedive in quality. The new formula is terrible, and it's obvious that something has changed. It's frustrating that such a change was made secretly, without any indication or warning to customers.

My husband has been using your the original brand of coffee mate and now you can't find the one with the wafer on it. The new one taste like hazel nut and is absolutely disgusting, we have bought many containers thinkingit was the same but was very disappointed. We have unfortunately switched brands now. Please bring back the original flavor and get rid of the hazel nut.

Consistent with many other reviewers, I have used Coffee Mate powder for 50+ years and something has changed in the past year+ where I need to double the amount of product needed to (almost) get the original rich and creamy flavour. This last canister convinced me to switch to other brands in hoping to recover the taste of Coffee Mate which has left this once amazing product. Eventually, customers vote with their wallets and Nestle will notice declining sales if customers like ourselves care enough to publicly decry the decrease in quality for the sake of profits.

This is not coffee mate anymore. It is a cheaper version using syrups & cheaper ingredients under the umbrella of "original" coffee mate. We are not happy about the changes & neither are our close family & friends. We want the true sugar version back, not this marshmallow flavored fake

I have been a long time coffee mate drink in both my coffee and tea.. and indeed have thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the favour has been changing drastically over the past few years, along with the colour and texture. It takes a lot more to give me that creamy rich flavour I've come to love. Though for now it's still the best I can find and wish you would bring back the original composition, I resign to say I may have to look elsewhere.

I have had the same experience as many of the reviewers. My wife and I are die hard coffee mate users and have not used anything else for years. Recently, it tastes like the cheap imitation version. I hope you can get it fixed. I would and have given the product and excellent rating and definitely would and have recommended to a friend, but not with the change

This product has changed and you can't tell me different. There has been nothing that has changed in my coffee routine. This creamer now turns into chunks that float around in my coffee causing me to have to spit it out. It's a disgusting nightmare for someone who values their coffee ritual and has been using this product for many many years. I am so disappointed. I won't be buying this anymore. I'm guessing you changed the ingredients to cut costs and increase shareholder value?? As a consumer I'm so sick of these companies doing stuff like this. SO SICK OF IT.

Coffee mate used to be our go to in our coffee not anymore - it is the most disgusting taste ever. Nestle has nerves to change the ingredients without notifying its loyal customers. Did they think we wouldn't notice the change or they just don't care. Oh well now they will be losing because avid coffee mate drinkers will discontinue buying your product cause it sucks.
