As I read other reviews the company has the same reply tell us more. It tastes like vanilla or hazelnut and I'm not a flavoured coffee drinker. Chances are they did the same thing Kraft did with KD changed the recipe so it's better for us. I'm fine with that as long as 2 things happen. First and foremost be honest there is no way they claim they don't understand the problem as they've have strict quality testing like any other company. Secondly be honest just like the first point instead of alienating your loyal customers treat as adults offer the old recipe with a warning and let us decide what we want. I'll text others Presidents choice or whatever I can. I certainly will stop using coffeemate so if that's the goal of the company to lose customers then I say kudos you have succeeded.

That it tastes TERRIBLE! I use the liquid creamer everyday. My mother-in-law uses the powdered everyday. I've drank coffee w her powdered coffee mate, many times. I'm not sure if the product formula is changed, but maybe the packaging. It tastes "chemically"/"plasticy". One reviewer said his is drying up into dried out cakes in the container. If the formula hasn't changed-have the distributors changed that you get your ingredients from? That is a significant taste difference. The texture isn't right, either. If you order from a place that changed THEIR distributors, it can significantly change the taste & texture. I'm not Nestle, but if I were, I'd do some serious search into this. All of these people LOVED Coffee mate. They're not saying they're first time users. I'm not a first time user. Neither is my mother-in-law. It's a SIGNIFICANT TASTE DIFFERENCE. It doesn't dissolve the way it used to. It isn't the coffee or temperature bc I use the exact same coffee, Keurig machine, etc. she is obsessive about cleaning it & does it by the manual-w their brand cleaner. As do I. We've changed nothing in our coffee. It's the coffee mate. I sincerely hope you do significant search into the source of ingredients as well as source into the supplier sources. Something changed. There's way to many people that have the same experience. It's not former coffee mate lovers just complaint without reason, it's the product. All of the complaints are practically identical. Please clarify what are the "Corn Syrup Solids" listed as ingredients but NOT part of the Nutrition Facts. What do they consist of? How much is in the specified Serving Size? Is it a sugar? Something like Karo Syrup in powdered form? Is it counted in the Total Sugars / Added Sugars numbers? Diabetics who use this product need to know this information. Many thanks! Joe

I have been using Coffee Mate Powder for almost 50 years - prefer it to liquid because the coffee stays hot longer. It always dissolved quickly as compared to other brands but the powder in my last 1.5 kg container refuses to dissolve on its own. Something changed, not just the flavour. I am not happy and will need to rethink my next purchase.

It tastes awful. There is no mentioned that it was changed. It is gross tasting. I used to use coffee mate in my coffee, I loved the tast but now, I can't drink it. Not sure why you change it, it was fine. This is the coke story all over again. It was fine the way it was and then someone decided to change it. Get that person out the door and start making it the way it used to be please. Not buying it until it is back.

Over the last several purchases of Coffee Mate original, I have been Very disappointed! I don't know whats been changed on the Creamer we had used for years. It's terrible, coagulates on the top of my coffee and ruiens my coffee. Makes my expensive coffee, not worth drinking.. Started my mornings with Bad coffe, because the creamer doesn't mix well and rises to float on top..I won't buy this product any more.I will use evaporated milk from now on.. I thought it was maybe a bad batch.. Coffee Mate has ruiened my coffee, for the last time! Very disappointed!! 0 stars!

I have gone back and forth over the years between Coffee Mate® and Cremora® buying whichever was cheaper that week. Coffee Mate® imparts a decidedly creamier flavor to the cup, but also a slightly sweeter one. I have tried a variety of liquids including heavy cream (wonderfully rich and decadent but unhealthy,) Oat Creamer (disgusting-not suitable at all,) half and half (favorite flavor but causes gastric problems,) lactose free half and half (seemed ok for a bit but gastric problems came back,) and a variety of flavored liquid creamers (if I wanted dessert for breakfast I'd have ice cream.) Coffee Mate® remains my favorite non-dairy choice.

I thought it was just me who noticed this ridiculous change. I bought a canister and I thought there was something wrong with my taste. Then I went to a small store that has old stock, and noticed a difference in the list of ingredients and also that it does not list how much sugar one consumes per serving. Tossing out 4 canisters I bought of the new variety. I'll check out the No Name and Equate brands once this is done. Nestlé, this is a huge fail! Why ruin a good thing?

They changed the ingredients to the Coffee mate Original creamer? My coffe tastes like almonds? Only could take one sip? I figured someone spiked the creamer? Taked to Nestlé and they we're all excited about the new ingredients? My GOD, no one wants there coffee to taste like it's spiked with almonds? If I did I would buy them? I'm on the hunt to replace it after 30 years of using it?

I have to keep adding coffee mate to make my coffee to make it a light brown color. I use to not have to add as much. I decided to research and found out that the recipe had changed. I wish you would change it back to how it use to be. I am going to be looking for another product. The title is not "original" anymore.
