great product, crappy shipment prep

My rescue cats and my personal love this. Too bad warehouse slaps shipping label and some tape on the case instead of putting in cardboard box to protect shipment. Spoiled/damaged and case missing cans has me irritated with Sams fulfillment warehouse.
